i was past heart broken. i am mostly happy now. i have been emotionally struggling for 2 years but most of it happened in a 9 month period. since i started i am laughing again and thinking of a wonderful future and praying to god and angles again. i feel like i have been saved. thank you universe.

Law of attraction..the simple reason it doesnt work for many many people is because many people continue on thinking why it doesnt work for them. You have to be on the same frequency with the object of your desire. Reflection in the mirror-look at your reflection..the same concept with any materialization- you have to convince yourself that the object (or event) of your desire has already happened. as simple as that lol..only then things and events start to materialize.....

My understanding is very different, but the wonderful thing is that just because we don't share the same perspective doesn't mean anything more than that. The only additional comment I'll offer is that you have some very definitive objections, but other than your perception of others, I don't read where these objections come from. Imagine you are in a kitchen with every ingredient possible. You are making a pie. You know that some ing-s will ruin it and some will make it better. But you don't hate those that will ruin it, you will just not put them in your cake. Just like bad things and life - you don't hate them, you just don't attract them in your life :)

With so many religions in the world and so many variations of each of them why can't we open our minds and see that we are all saying the same thing. @Daseekr I have a very interesting thought all of the sudden. Where do you feel you will be after death? If heaven, there you will be. If you don't care, then you will let other forces take control of you. If you don't wanna die, you will stay in this world and become one of those ghosts bugging human beings. :) that is probably why jesus said, it doesn't matter what you did in your life, you will not enter the kingdom of God if you don't believe in Him.

i do believe in the law of attraction, its much like the palcebo affect, at first i didnt believe in but kept thinking about it, and then my teacher mentioned it out of the blue, and when i got home people were talking about it on the tv, more than just a coincidence? also there have been miracles where people have been cured of cancer and been able to walk when all medical science was against them, i think its time i aplied it to my life

I've applied the law of attraction to many areas of my life. I believe its important to remember to create good positive emotions while visualizing what you desire. Back in 2009 my sis and I were homeless. When i finally decided to use the secret full force i got everything i asked and then some. I managed to get an apartment within 2 days with only $250 in my pocket. It was quite a task on my own but it soon became a huge accomplishment.

I don't get it.....the video says "don't worry".....well, it's easier said that done. How can one NOT worry when the world around them is falling apart in every way. How can a homeless, broke, loveless person just sit there and be happy? How can one say that we're source energy when one doesn't feel it? how can one have a belife in anything they don't belife in? Your comment is very valid. I had the same thoughts. You think this sounds kind of like magic. Its not. The negative stuff being experienced is a consequence of a certain pattern of thought over a long period. You are want to reap before you sow. First you must sow then reap!
And yes sometimes a situation is totally beyond a persons control. But there is one thing that person can control. And that is their response.
Responsible = able to control ones response.
You get better at it with practice. Hence a fully responsible person could still be happy even if they were homeless. Because they choose it. They recognize the futility of dwelling on a negative thought. No good comes from negativity.
Try to stick to what you are experiencing and don't try to understand ereything at once! listen to your inner voice, your heart and it will guide you! Watch (better read) "the secret "and "what the bleep do we know"!

My understanding is very different, but the wonderful thing is that just because we don't share the same perspective doesn't mean anything more than that. The only additional comment I'll offer is that you have some very definitive objections, but other than your perception of others, I don't read where these objections come from. I see aspects of religious slogans, but nothing of YOU.

@BelieveandtrustJesus im not sure ...i understand that they have not mentioned God, but i think that has more to do with the fact that they wanted to get the message out there. If you mention God, some people will tune out and not give it any merit of truth. I feel blessed enough to be in the same knowledge as yourself; knowing and recognizing that God created this law in order to provide for us. He put us here with all the tools to make our lives as bountiful as we deserve as His children.

@TheRammo Greetings to you too! One of the magical abilities of "The Secret" that we all forget sometimes is that you don't need to hate war or other "bad" things. Imagine you are in a kitchen with every ingredient possible. You are making a pie. You know that some ing-s will ruin it and some will make it better. But you don't hate those that will ruin it, you will just not put them in your cake. Just like bad things and life - you don't hate them, you just don't attract them in your life :)

With so many religions in the world and so many variations of each of them why can't we open our minds and see that we are all saying the same thing. We all want to believe in a power greater than ourselves. We can call it God, Buda, The Universe, Karma or even Luck If you were in mexico and saw a dog but everyone else called it a perro would you be wrong if you still called it a Dog? No Because no matter what you call it it still barks like a dog.

I've just read vol. 1 of Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch, and am now reading Vol. 3 - waiting for Vol 2 to arrive in the mail. Wow ! - I've been calling this to myself for a very long time - worth the effort !!!

@Daseekr I have a very interesting thought all of the sudden. Where do you feel you will be after death? If heaven, there you will be. If you don't care, then you will let other forces take control of you. If you don't wanna die, you will stay in this world and become one of those ghosts bugging human beings. :) that is probably why jesus said, it doesn't matter what you did in your life, you will not enter the kingdom of God if you don't believe in Him.

@theedman22 - You mean about Christianity? Look into history. Where do you think they got the concept of the pagan birth of a virgin (of the sun of "god" etc.)? Why do you think Jews don't take them seriously? Even the Christmas tree is pagan, read the bible and you'll see even in there they took from the pagans (Jeremiah 10:1-5). It's not a matter of "who" but a matter of "how." Christianity is only 2,000 years old, after all. I'm not discrediting it, just don't appreciate the bigots. :-)

I have personally experienced some AMAZING things with this philosophy... so I was sure with such a consistent system atheists would make it official to at least acknowledge the possibility of "subconscious" influence. Turns out -- I asked and received sardonic and sarcastic responses -- "NO." They don't.

I know sell products about spiritual awakening, the law of attraction and many more of these things, it was all in the package. I'm making money and I'm helping others with their awakening and fulfulling dreams. I'm not mentioning my website but this guy's product is amazing, you can always search it on google. i do believe in the law of attraction, its much like the palcebo affect, at first i didnt believe in but kept thinking about it, and then my teacher mentioned it out of the blue, and when i got home people were talking about it on the tv, more than just a coincidence? also there have been miracles where people have been cured of cancer and been able to walk when all medical science was against them, i think its time i aplied it to my life

I've applied the law of attraction to many areas of my life. I believe its important to remember to create good positive emotions while visualizing what you desire. Back in 2009 my sis and I were homeless. When i finally decided to use the secret full force i got everything i asked and then some. I managed to get an apartment within 2 days with only $250 in my pocket. It was quite a task on my own but it soon became a huge accomplishment.

I don't get it.....the video says "don't worry".....well, it's easier said that done. How can one NOT worry when the world around them is falling apart in every way. How can a homeless, broke, loveless person just sit there and be happy? How can one say that we're source energy when one doesn't feel it? how can one have a belife in anything they don't belife in? Like religion, how can I belife in a religion when hard core FACTS says it was made up. I don't understand this Secret.

My advice is to look at it from the power of positive thinking.
Your comment is very valid. I had the same thoughts. You think this sounds kind of like magic. Its not. The negative stuff being experienced is a consequence of a certain pattern of thought over a long period. You are want to reap before you sow. First you must sow then reap!

And yes sometimes a situation is totally beyond a persons control. But there is one thing that person can control. And that is their response.
Responsible = able to control ones response.
You get better at it with practice. Hence a fully responsible person could still be happy even if they were homeless. Because they choose it. They recognize the futility of dwelling on a negative thought. No good comes from negativity.

I love how it says " Faith only makes humans let faith think their life for them". Isn't The Secret like any other religion? Don't you have let yourself be carried away and 'believe' in it? At least I think so. I have my on religion, and it's not 'The Secret', and in my eyes, many things I have heard that were preached in my religion are exactly the same as this video says. Be good and honest with yourself and to others... Dont hurt, dont kill.... Any religion will do...
