  • amo Elvis Presley!

  • I have yet seen a picture of Elvis that I didn't love .or a song for that matter love him !!!

  • This mancan takes a song and with bit of Elvis magic and that great voice you get this

Elvis You are forever in our hearts RIP XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

  • Re del rock si inchina davanti a Paul McCartney e gli rende omaggio con questa fantastica versione di Hey jude

  • this video came out 3 years and theres no highest thumbs up

suprised ok then elvis is cool

  • His version is better that The Beatles one

  • @RobinHoodYorkshire i don't think so!!!!

  • @RobinHoodYorkshire Not at all :S What the heck are u talking about ^^

  • i love the cover but hes singing the wrong words...unless he ment to sing it like this

  • Une excellente reprise des Beatles. Elvis a toujours su reprendre les chansons des autres, en les améliorants.

  • HEY JUDE FOREVER ! :)

  • The king puts the words how he wants

  • @Spinalcarker53 Kings always do everything as they want, cuz they're kings.

  • I'm 15 years old and i think he is/was the best singer ever.. ;)

  • he doesn't even get the words right half of the time... sad Elvis, sad. Still pretty neat hearing the King perform one of my favorite songs

  • The best version! esta canción es mejor que la original, por lejos.

  • Meu lindo '

    eternamente ♥

  • This is f... amazing!

  • To all the Elvis criticcs : Where are YOU on the singing ratings of the world ? Noone could touch the King , EVER. John Lennon (R.I.P. big man ) said ; "before Elvis , there was nothing "

  • @427snakefan man you are so true.. elvis in not the king of rock and roll.. he is simply the KING...

  • Elvis did it 4minutes but The Beatles did it 7minutes. Why?

  • i love elvis and the beatles

    R.I.P Elvis, john and george

  • @HeEem92 yes!

R.I.P. John, George and Elvis. ♥ in our hearts forever.

  • EXCELENTE,,,ESTA CANCION NUNCA LA HABIA ESCUCHADO POR EL REY,,

  • I prefer Elvis's version anytime! Although The Beatles one is good too but NOTHING beats THE KING!

  • They say that Elvis had "multiple voices" on an extreme and rare level.

This performance document that. Its a long way from this voice to the voice ha have singing "What Now My Love" in Hawaii 1973.

  • Brilliant! R.I.P. King ELVIS!!

  • this is my favourite song evar

but the beatles just cant b beatn

  • @karmadhyana lol. when your Elvis you don't need to know the lyrics.

  • wow he's messing up the lyrics soo sweetly!! :)

  • Such an amazing singer but from the start ive always liked the orginal versions, of every song no matter who sings it i dunno probably just because it came first or something haha :P xxx

  • The Beatles - Hey Jude

  • how great!!! thanks for this ,have never heard this before!! the beatles couln't touch this !!!! sorry...

  • WITHOUT ELVIS THERE WOULD BE NO BEATLES. JOHN LENNON

  • wow this is good but I think I like the beatles one better. don't have nothing against it just my opinion

  • Hey Jude was originally a song from the Beatles and that version is excellent, but this version is good too. :D

  • Elvis didn't want this to be released. It was just him fooling around with it in the studio, not even knowing all the words. RCA released it on an album without his consent.

  • My new favorite song from Elvis. But of course all Elvis songs are good.

    ELVIS, THE KING!!!!!

  • @00Christin Yeah! i love his cover. But no one will beat the original.

  • @FromCowboysToCarrots I love Beatles' version too. But I love how Elvis sounds on this. :P

  • الكينغ

  • BRILLIANT

  • Elton John too sings this song well

  • This wasn't recorded for a release. It was a rehearsal and elvis has laryngitis the day he recorded it.

  • I agree with thebeatleswizard. Elvis's voice here is amazing, but learn the order of the words!

  • elvis is the only person who can sing this song ive heard differnt versions and not even close.

  • Certainly not his best effort. In fact, it barely sounds like Elvis. Two good covers of Hey Jude are the Shirley Bassey Royal Variety 1987 and a delicious version by Nana Mouskouri, which sounds quite innocent and wonderful. Shirley does the best version. In the Spanish dress. Magnificent.

  • I think he does a very good version of this Beatles classic. When Paul covers Elvis it is Paul imitating Elvis and quite well, but Elvis doing "Hey Jude" is pure Elvis. No one sings "Hey Jude" with as much feeling as Paul but damn, this is good!

  • i love hey jude i love the way elvis sing this so and elvis so lovely i love elvis so very much elvis is the best i am a big fan of elvis all my life sins i was very little girl

  • i like the Beatles, but Elvis was THE God of music! When he touched a song, that became pure magic, and every other version sounded like from amateurs. Always the King

  • @Petros4paok, with all respect to the King, the magic of a Beatles song can never be touched by anyone else.....we have grown up reading about gods but they were real gods who walked this world and their songs shall remain as virgins forever; untouched by the ages gone and ages to come.

  • elvies el mejor cantante

  • tha song were recorded in 69 n put on tha 72 Elvis now almbim i think iz tha year my repro Elvis now cd sayz frm sony reproz.

  • How I love to hear him sing this. Beautiful thanks for posting.

  • Rest in peace Elvis,John and George

  • Elvis could take any song and make it into pure magic. I like his version of Hey Jude, even though he didn't use the same words that the Beatles wrote.

  • pretty good...if only he got the words right.

  • @TheBeatlesWizard Isn't it obvious that he's taking the song into his own hands and making it more than it was. Elvis takes the song to a new level. You sir, need to relax and just enjoy the song and listen in amazement.

  • @TheBeatlesWizard Yeah, this was just a "scratch vocal" to lay the backing track down, it was intended Elvis would go back and dub a new vocal with the ALL the lyrics..but for some reason it was shelved and released 3 years later due to RCA needing to fill out an album called "Elvis Now"...I like the sound of the song, but as you said, shame about the missing lyrics.

  • Sigue siendo el mejor en todo lo que canta!!! The KING!!!!!

  • @Sui812 Claro de eso no hay duda pero otro aspecto que importa es la voz y la de Elvis es buenisima

  • the best

  • Why did no one record when Elvis and The Beatles sung TOGETHER?

  • @HappiestTomato

I HAVE NO IDEA! It would have been the most treasured footage in musical history, that's for sure.

  • Just found out that he covered this, by reading a scathing mini-review. You know what? As much as I love the Beatles, I have to say Elvis does a great job here. Best of all, it doesn't even sound like he's trying very hard. He really was that good.

  • @purpledave100 If we focus on singing (because this song doesn't have any good backup) I think Elvis version is just as good as Paul's. Elvis did never write his own songs anyway, but he can sings whatever you'll ask him to sing; the unquestionable king of rock 'n' roll.

  • The King!

  • @deuce0609 I’ve listened to the original and it’s just not the same. In MY opinion, Elvis sings this song 100% better.

  • @MissPhoenix3 I AGREE!!!! John Lennon and Bob Dylan should have just written for ELVIS, Sold the rights and all to ELVIS for $1,000,000. Cause ELVIS makes every song better! ELVIS LIVES

  • @IMAGINE5677 Love it , DEAD RIGHT

  • This is amazing not heard it before

  • There's quality in elvis presley, he could sing anything and this is far better then the beatles, they just couldn't sing !!!!!!

  • Well it's better than the Beatles' cover of "That's All Right" :D

  • I would have loved to have heard this live! I mean the whole song not just the Na, Na, Na, part he did with Yesterday when he sang it live. I think it would have been a million times better. And it wouldn't have the voice cracks as the studio. But this is still one of my favorite versions of the song!

  • Elvis makes this song sound SO much better. No offence to Beatles fans, but Elvis Presley sings it 100% better!

  • I totally agree with lovestarwars. I love this version of this song. Elvis has this way of making other songs his own. I too downloaded this song. I LOVE THIS!!

  • For all those who say it's not "his best" or "it could have been better", listen to the original, and then listen to this... It's practically a godsend ;) Elvis will always been a figure of inspiration and "The King of Rock and Roll" :D

  • Best song Ever

  • A lot of Elvis fans don't like this but I like the way Elvis does it and sings in yet another one of his many voices.. Not one of the Beatles best but Beatle Paul keeps singing it at charity concerts etc when he could do so many better songs

    from their songbook.

  • @gorseway305

I don't understand why so many fans don't like this version. I love it. E's version is better than The Beatles in my opinion. Going to put it on my Ipod now...

  • elvis always liked paul and george's material. never did a lennon song tho. I like his recording of lady madonna ,he really is having fun on that one. maybe paul could dub a duet on these recordings .

  • One of a kind.... But such a loss.

  • Great Song ! ! : )

  • THIS IS PURE ARTISTRY. NO, YOU CANNOT DO IT BETTER THAN THIS. IT IS PERFECTION. IT IS WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. HE DID IT. AND IT IS STUNNING. IT TELLS THE STORY OF THIS SONG...ALL OVER AGAIN...IN A BRAND NEW WAY....IT SAYS...I AM ON THE EDGE OF BEING BROKEN WHEN HIS VOICE CRACKS...BUT I AM HIGH ON THIS FEELING OF HOPE AND LOVE....AND REACHING FOR THE BEST INSIDE OF US....IT IS A CRY...A WISH...AND A SMILE...ROLLED INTO ONE. THIS MAN IS MAGIC. HEAR HIM SAY LET IT OUT AND LET IT IN.... 1:54

  • Simply marvelous, only elvis can be a interpretation like this, The King. Always. Forever

  • Wow. Never heard this. Not one of his better pieces. Nevertheless, it is lonely at the top. RIP. Thanks for posting.....

  • @MICHAELPEERY This is probably one of the most amazing things he ever did. Do u know how much he went against the grain of his natural style to sound like this? Someone said..they heard this on the radio and didn't believe it was Elvis..that is amazing man. He did this on purpose..just another stunning display of his artistry. He's inducted in 5 music halls of fame titling him a master artist in 5 genres (only man in history) of course it takes incredible vocal artistry changing voice for genres

  • never knew he recorded this. it ainèt bad but i think he could have done bettter.

  • At 4:18 that laugh.... Rest in Paradise Mr. Presley :'(

  • @Manbeast222 I love his Laugh!

  • elvis could make any song sound great!!

  • i love how his voice is about to crack in "sad song"! he made this song sound a bit blue eyed soul! fantastic!

  • I like Elvis' version better...i don't like the beatles...Elvis always!!!

  • MY NEW FAVORITE ELVIS SONG...AND BY THE WAY ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS OF ALL TIME AS WELL ;) THAT RATES THIS SUCKER PRETTY DAMN HIGH ON MY LIST!!!!! MY GOD!!!!!! I'M DYING OVER HERE!!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW.... I know Elvis enough to know that he is paying tribute to John Lennon's vocal style in this. It is just amazing. Changing his voice that much, is vocal mastery to say the least. Okay now I'm in love. If he says "better" one more time...I'm gonnnnnnaaaa.... "Let it out and let it in :50. "to making this WORLD a little better." 1:00. Is there anything this man can't do with his voice? God!!!!!!!!

  • @waianapagirl Paul McCartney vocal style

  • I'm normally not an Elvis fan but this is excellent.

  • The beatles and Elvis are good. Legend

  • Great version by The King. Nice video too ***** - Eddie

  • @balltuss2 FANTASTIC VERY SOULFUL ,HEAR IT IN HIS VOICE

  • too high for him, good try though

  • @computerfanboy I agree! Don't know why he didn't sing it in a much lower key.

  • Wow, this is excellent...this is Elvis. Covering the Beatles. The King covering the Gods. Too sweet. Hey Jude indeed.

  • @HolaDeco To bad they never played together........

  • I like beatles better but Elvis version shorter so it's easier to listen to. hahaha

  • I heard the song was recorded on January 21! Saying this since it's my birthday ;))

  • i love u elvis <3

  • Hey jude was realeased on the LP NOW

  • ist das wirklich elvis ????

  • ich denke schon, wenn man sich seine anderen lovesongs anhört, hat er auch so eine weiche stimme.

  • yes it is!

  • Como me gusta esta cancion, cantada por Elvis....... Gracias10********

  • what a beauty this is.

  • i thought i had heard all of his songs. i never knew he recorded his version of hey jude. heard it for the first time on the radio couple days ago i could not believe it was him.

  • @lizardwar Your comment that you thought you'd heard ALL of his songs and when you heard this on the radio...you could not believe it was him....says it all. Elvis's ability to change his vocal style so dramatically is one of the reasons his voice is thought of as a phenomenon by scholars and he is the Only Man inducted into 5 Genre Halls of Fame..titling him a master artist in 5 genres of music. (Rock, Country, Blues, Gospel, Rockabilly) Our resident vocal God! ;-)

  • such a wonderful version :) thanks for sharing

  • where did this come from?

  • The King!

  • the best version i love :) THE KINK FOREVER AND EVER TO THE END OF THE WORLD

  • not bad i like the vocals

  • the king forever!

  • He could've hummed the song and it still would be the best damn version of it! Long live the king! See Shawn Klush perfectly recreate this and so many other great songs.

  • Nice try Elvis Aron - pity you didn't learn the words.

  • Brilliant!

  • beatiful

  • Juste magnifique ;D<3

  • wow

  • it's funny how Elvis always was the idol of the beatles and then he ends up covering them while they used to cover him. the Irony

  • What song did the Beatles cover of Elvis??

  • well they perhaps not released any of that but but like in jaming sessions they would songs of him.

  • They did Thats All Right Mama on their Live at the BBC album

  • Thats All Right Mama, I Want You, I need You, I love You, And a couple others I think maybe All Shook up? I don't know but there were a couple on Live at the BBC

  • Very great song.... Elvis the king...:o)

  • just love the bass

  • I love this song. My favorite artist is Elvis by a Universe, but the best version of this song comes from The Beatles; although, Elvis' version is also fantastic. He is unbelievably talented.

  • It's amazing how many great songs the Beatles made when they were on the process of breaking up during this time.

Wrong words or not Elvis does that classic Elvis emotion and I'm sure both John and Paul loved that Elvis decided to record it:)

  • I love this cover. Haha he just kept repeating the first verse for all the verses lol. haha Elvis Rocks.

  • This actually was not supposed to be released...it was recorded in 1969 in Memphis, this is a "Scratch Vocal" and Elvis was to re-do his vocal with the correct words, but he never went back to it..RCA was short of material when they decided to release this in 1972 on an album called "Elvis Now"....even though it's an unfinished master,I love it !!!!

  • Elvis is Great.

The Beatles are Great. none is better than the other.period.

  • Awesome! Elvis sings this Beatles song with emotion and is a first class /A+ job! One of his best!

  • Great job entertainer

Great job Elvis The entetaner of 20th century

    of 20th century

  • I like how he sings it but geez, get the words right lol

  • What do you mean? Elvis didn't make a single mistake with the lyrics and if he changed something, he had the right to do so, because he was making a cover of the song. It doesn't always have to be exactly the same, one can use his creativity and talent.

  • it's a nice version of a classic Beatles' song! I like it!

  • Elvis is a beautiful man with a beautiful voice. Elvis can sing anything because Elvis sings from the heart. Elvis is also a wonderful kind hearted man. I keep Elvis in my heart. I love Elvis with all my heart.

  • thats very nice :)

  • great song.... elvis the king forever and ever....

  • good good, a different version of the original but great too.

  • absolute class he sang it just as good as if not better than paul mccartney.

  • he did good but not as good as paul

  • sgeDonCorleone youre right!

and ***** beuatiful pictures aniway ;)

  • elvis will always be the best viva Elvis

43 presidents but only one king !

  • 44 presidents

  • I didn't know Elvis recorded a cover of that song. Thanks for posting it.

  • Elviss version is little bit diffrent then the beatles one

  • muy buena esta versión, creo que es más bonita que la original.

creo también que esta marcada la diferencia entre un cantante y showmen nato como Elvis ahi de lejos le gana a los beatles

  • I love this song!

  • Hey Jude written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon but was only perfect in the voice of Elvis, the king.

  • im sorry but elvis changed American Culture SO THANK YOU GLADY SMITH AND VERNON PRESLEY

  • es mucho mejro la version de los beatles y es "HEY, DON'T MAKE IT BAD TAKE

  • He sounds really good. We all miss the king, john, and george! we all love you 3 very much!

  • Azul (hello)

written by John and music by Paul.

  • written by mccartney and music by mccartney

  • Written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon. The instrumental track for Elviss version was recorded on January 22, 1969 at American Sound Studios in Memphis; Elvis recorded the vocal track at a later date. He would sometimes sing Hey Jude in concert in a medley with Yesterday. It is available on Elvis Now, Suspicious Minds [1999] and From Nashville to Memphis-The Essential 60s Masters.

  • Of the handful of Beatle songs that Elvis recorded, mostly live on stage, this studio version of Hey Jude is the best of the lot. Someone once described it as blue eyed soul and thats accurate. Beautiful, loving version. Paul wrote it for John's son, Julian.

  • @Jackiej61too it was written only by Paul McCartney :)

  • @vifloresola yes paul wrote this one but the best beatles's songs to me were from john..

  • @Jackiej61too it's by Paul,not Lennon

  • @Slashslashslash114 Absolutely right...my bad! But he is clearly infusing what I believe in his mind is the "Beatles" sound. You know what I mean. He is really doing it out of respect. Even though he had an issue or two with the Beatles he truly respected them as artists. And Lennon clearly honored Elvis when he did I Got A Woman..mimicking so many of E's inflections...keeping the guitar sound same...ending it the same. I'm sure Elvis noticed that and appreciated it. Elvis missed nothing!!!!

  • @waianapagirl of course It's Beatles sound.

I'm watching Paul Concert live on youtube jeje
