Yea if I am wanting to get off the line quick I often use 2nd gear. Tbh the FR gear box is a tad too short after a remap. It would better with the sport of the curpa box. 0 - 60 is definately in the 6s. I've used a Gtec box and it recorded low 6s over and over again. I've not had mine rolling roaded, but these maps make between 175-190 bhp and 290-330lb. I still own the car and the clutch hasnt slipped in over a year. I think the car maybe a bit down on power though. Its by no means slow though.
It has its good and bad days. Tbh I have been thinking about replacing it for a while now. Looking at that vid again I should have possibly held it in the revs a little longer..

so taking into account the speedo being a tad off, your looking at around 18 seconds to 100mph? Standard or mapped?

Yea according to my satnav the speedo reads about 4mph out at 100mph. This car has be remapped by superchips.

Just thought I would say I haven't had any clutch slip for the last 3 months. It is a strange old thing. :)
