thanks for the very informative video. i also watched your video featuring ISA to block wbesites on SBS 2003. How about in SBS 2008. How would you block unwanted websites? SBS 2008 doesn't include ISA but it has windows firewall with advance security setting. How can I use it to block websites for specific users/groups?
SBS2008 is very much like SBS2003 Std, there are not many easy options. It is better to get a good firewall device that can do it or use OpenDNS. The lack of two NIC's in SBS2008 as standard does not really allow it to sit at the boundary of the network and control access. SBS2008 is now more about controlling users inside the network. For controlling their external access look for a suitable firewall/proxy.
I tried to block facebook using our cisco router and ended up taking down the whole network lol
