MAN!! This is VERY interesting because ALL of my astral projectings happened during the early morning daylight, and I wasnt mentally trying, at night NOTHING happened and I was thinking and focusing like a mofo. DAMN I'm glad Im gaining this nugget of gnosis.
The guy here is talking about waking yourself up at a certain optimal time (about 4-5AM) and then going back to sleep in order to have OBEs or lucid dreams. what i found helps is forcing myself to go to sleep a few hours earlier than usual. Even if the dream isn't lucid, at least i can usually remember it. since i went to sleep too early (for me), i then wake up right after it and write it down. daytime naps can work also. im just talking of dreams, not OBEs though.
@999seriously -- If you look online, there are a lot of sites that JUST talk about lucid dreaming and how to do it. There are some easy methods, like looking down at your hands during the day, and then remembering to do that when you are dreaming. that increases the vividness and then makes you realize you're dreaming when you do so. it's helped me a couple of times to have lucid dreams. lucid dreams are by nature vivid and usually more interesting thn other dreams.
I tried to induce lucid dreaming the other day. I went to bed around 3:00 a.m and woke up at around 7:00 a.m. When i woke up i felt very relaxed so i went back to bed. I then woke up again. Only this time everything was very hazy and i couldn't distinguish anything. So i thought that was a lucid dream. I felt myself waking up so i told myself to spin because someone told me it makes you go to sleep. Anyways, is this sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming? Or was i just awake.
just before training this afternoon around 3 i tried to do an obe, ive never experienced it but i was listening to this binaural beats randomly from utube as soon as it finished i felt like heavy and sunk abit into the bed but i was still thinking that my body wasnt asleep and then my head turned to the right abit think my seperation got f up lol. (butttt i didnt get any vibrationss or had the music in my sisters room was still playing tho but it faded in and out.... yeh...)
@GreeenGiantt out of body experience , its basically when you fall asleep and your spirit can leave your body and roam the earth like a gohst, only to be put back into your body when you wake up
But what if we don't WANT an Out-of-Body Experience, but we just want to have lucid dreams?? Do we NEED an O.B.E. to have a lucid dream, or what? I just want to have a lucid drean so much, but the videos are making me really confused, so I'm not sure what to do!
i had a lucid dream but i decided to like try n fly i jumped n seemed to bounce through a wall thn i woke up any help on how i can increase the lenght of a lucid dream also i once felt like my eyes were gna explode n couldnt stop blinking fkn scary any help?
@anth5757 I can only answer why you woke you and its quite simple when you realise your dreaming, your minds instinct is to wake up you need to try to Realise your dreaming with a dream check like looking at your hands and your hands will most likely have more fingers then usual or be bigger. that's when you realise your dreaming and can start to have control over you Dream if your mind does not Wake you up. this is what i do and it works for me Help it helps you and works for you Its Amazing.
@99atkinson thx allot also smts when i try to fall asleep i cant cause im thinking bout lucid dreaming too hard n i get excited or frustrated any hints on how i can help with that too?
@anth5757 I've never had that problem before But i heard if you repeatedly say the same thing over and over again you trick your mind into thinking your asleep and you can have a outer body experience kind of thing but you might have to check up on that though
I used to lucid dream, and really go OBE at will, straight from a waking state, i actually got to the point where i couldnt NOT be lucid while dreaming. It got really scary b/c i felt like i was never asleep and was getting mentally tired, i felt id never dream normal again. I had to train myself to stop, years ago, now i cant lucid dream anymore, except for very occasionally i'll become lucid in one, but i can't go OBE at will anymore like i used to, i'm gonna have to get back into it.
What you say about those lightbulbs, i have work and school in the mornings, so morning OBE's will get quite difficult. If i use some time in my dark room doing something like playing the bass or some other chillaxing stuff, then turn on my UV-nightlamp when going to "sleep". Will it do the trick?
I just realized I used to astral project all the time when I was younger! I would always wake up in the night having to use the bathroom and fall back to sleep and then I would get out of bed and walk to the bathroom to pee, not knowing I was astral projecting..... Crazy shit

@DJYellowMusic I'm going to be honest with you. You can't die from this, it isn't lethal, but if you fuck up you can do something called Sleep Paralysis instead. Sleep Paralysis is much worse and has the potential to essentially give you a bad trip. You can't move during sleep paralysis, and you can't control what happens. It sucks. I did it on accident once (passed out from exhaustion)and it is awful.
i take metatolin because i do shift work, i had to stop cause it gave me nightmeres.. imagaine having a sleep paralysis attack while on metatolin, ugh scary!
I do this. I have been able to do this for many years. I've talked to what I would call angles while dreaming, I've been warned about things. I've been comforted about things. I think there is something more to being human then we know. Example. How can we feel a person looking at us. What's confidence... What's momentum... It's all energy. I think the dream world is something that doctors can't, or refuse to explain no doubt there is more to us then we know.
@iDonald101 I know how you feel. When I'm walking to school, I can feel someone is walking behind me even tough there like really far away. Also that's says the saying " When you look at someone and there looking at you.
@iDonald101 i met "angels" in my dreams too, though i call them watchers or gaurdians, one showed me the afterlife and the void which is the gate into it,i find that these beings take the form of close friends or relatives. one told me something very important, though i cannot remember what it is, but i do know it was something i didnt want to hear.
@iDonald101 1/3 of human lifes is sleeping... its a huge amount of time and if we know how to utilise our dream, its a good thing eventhough i'm a little bit skeptical on lucid dreams... is it working?
@iDonald101 Well actually it's a file storing-sorting process. Like how you forget useless stuff the next day; that's because your brain gets rid of it and looks through what could help you in the future. But one thing is quite creepy, it's that you can literately talk to your brain...how does that work?
@HeadSHOT604 Using Affirmations, its like speaking to a three year old really, very clear and to the point. Example, Every day and every way, I am getting better and better. Understand?
@Youw0tgetit What the hell? Don't be an asshole when I said nothing to you at all. Oh look he doesn't believe in God let's jump and him a poke him with pitch-forks. Morons like you are the ones that say Atheist start things with them and argue because we "hate" you; no we are forced to learn of religions so we have the knowledge to help us deal with you assholes. By the way Science= how not the why.
@HeadSHOT604 What... I was being serious, using affirmations is a real technique for speaking to your brain. Maybe I should of demonstrated a different example. Basically an affirmation is telling yourself, well your brain something in order to make it a reality, such as losing weight or learning some new technique such as OBE. Also I didn't say anything about you being atheist. I don't care, to be honest I don't believe in the bible either... It's total bullshit. I believe in god, that's all.
@Youw0tgetit Tell me about it...I think it's the fact people have so much freedom and feel they can get away with insults, and bullying, because they feel it's not hurtful unless it's directly to someone. It's like people who take out frustration through sports or a punching bag, expect the ball or bag is an actual person...
Get a few sheets of lined paper and write TONIGHT, I WILL REALISE I AM DREAMING one hundred times during the day. Do this for 2 or 3 days AND YOU WILL REALIZE YOU ARE DREAMING. If you don't believe me, fine. If you do, fine. But try it first. it works for me but i am not able to direct my dreams as if i was directiing a movie. oh, God, I wish i could!! Anyway, YOU try what i have told you to try. do it even for a week. PLEASE. then report back to me.
so if an obe means out of body expeirence. dosent that mean its your soul leaving your body cause i had one and i saw my dad going down the stairs. i love having ld's if you know what i mean... X)
ok so i just woke up i tryed this and instead of going out of my body its like i go into a night mare ? i fall asleep then suddenly freeze when am frozen i remember ok stay calm and let so my body then starts to feel wierd and tingly like am leaving it then all of a sudden i have a nightmare like wakeing up in room and not bieng able to leave it ?
@MrKiddKevinn You almost Astral Projected !!! You should stay calm next time and the reason why you stayed stuck in the room because you didn't think out of it, your brain probably froze in the surprise or fear of what happened ! Next time just 'breath' whether you're dreaming or Astral Projecting and then you'll find that it is amazing and everything is limitless in that world !!
I'm melatonin deficient... I haven't ever had a dream and don't say you just don't remember because for the last couple of years I have been ready to write it down as I wake up...
i sleep with the tv on and my step mom keeps complaining about it so i put a 90min timer on my tv ever night when i get tired but ever since i have been having nightmares about snakes and i mean alot of snakes like thousands and i used to have lucid dreams all the time but now ill be attacked by a bunch of snakes and not realize it was a dream like i used to be able to do
Good shit, but this trapped me, I woke up at 3, and went back to sleep I kept dreaming I was waking up and it still being 3. I went through several hundred attempts of actually getting to school. Went to school probably like 10 times... When I finally woke up it took me until six PM to realize it was real. -_-. I aced the test that day 100% with an eerie sense of dejavu
i woke up, but i didnt really wake up, because there was a portrait of tigger from winnie the pooh in my bedroom, so i was like, wtf is this shit, i must still be dreaming. so i flew around some more, and then i woke up for realz, after which i went onto youtube, researched lucid dreaming, updated my dream log in the comment section because im too lazy to make my own, and got back to thinking of a way to get this really hot girl from facebook to know i exist :)
@TheSIFilms highlight EZBreezy187 comment, then press ctrl + c, go down and click view all comments, press ctrl+f then press ctrl+v then look at the side on the scroll down bar and look for the highlighted parts thats all the areas with EZBreezy187 in the name
im sure adrenaline is our fight or flight hormone. whilst cortisol is the one to use against infections, has something to do with stress and makes you eat up your body. (in a metabolical sense.)
It won't work for u then because the carcadian rhythm is connected with something called a biological clock which we all have. If u stay up all night and sleep all day ur mixing up the natural routine of all the melatonin and serotonin. But if u do sleep in the day it will still work if u wake up and sleep again. I know this because I sleep during the day and stay up all night. And Im a natural lucid dreamer and obe.
i have never felt "hypnotized" by t..v. and when commercials come on, i always turn off the sound, be cause i find them extremely irritating. especially when the SAME EXACT COMMERCIAL is shown twenty million times during the course of ONE PROGRAM. may be i'm just different from other people. but i don't believe i have ever been swayed or affected by commercials, other than feelings of irritation with them.
ok, I wrote my dreams for 3 weeks, I found my obscure dream sign "seeing fictional characters" I made myself believe that only happens in dreams, but it still didn't work. I just go to dream normally as always not noticing the abnormal things until I wake up. What am I doing wrong? is it because I take a sleeping pill before I go to bed?
@ssj10naruto yes, many dark entities are waiting for you to go out of your body to take it and use it. They want your body to do bad things in the real world. After that they will left the body and you will have to pay for all the things thet have done, such killing and things like that. You will say 'I didn't do it!!! it wasn't me!!!' but no one will believe you. People will think you're crazy.
@ssj10naruto haha after astral traveling horror films will make u lol dead ppl r no different to when they r alive, some r awesome, some r nightmares.. only they can't hurt u or help u.. they r energy so its jus words.. or images.. most spirits r more confused as they don't know what to expect and some r annoyed bc their religion turned out to be imagination.. though u can create realms.. make them heavenly or hellish.. what dreams may come.. in the realms of imagination anything is possible;D
@ssj10naruto My theory is that Government dudes made this movie to scare the people not to astral project because when you astral project you can go anywhere and learn any secret...so they want to scare as much people as possible...
I feel sorry for my gym teacher back in the 80's he got fired for teaching us mild form of relaxation and meditation, they said it was non christian.....they pretty well ran him out of town and now they teach this everywhere.
right!!! I took cortisol when I was very ill.. when i started to do OBE.. oh my god! so is this why? so am I doing Astral projection? can someone help me.. please..
I have gone out of my body in the daytime only, I am wide awake when I do this, I have been "seen" by others, friends, family, what is this I am doing? I travel where I want and don't really understand it all. I have pre cog dreams too. Usually see murders before they happen. :( Done this for 30+ yrs day times best for obe. never do it at night you might fall asleep..
you know what, ive done one of the lucid methods where you dont move at all when you wake up, and immeadiatley wet to sleep, ON ACCIDENT, and i had a semi lucid, and semi most terrifying moment of my life. i woke up and almost pissed myself.
Omg I just realised that now I'm really good at lucid dreaming even though I'm ten it's simple! That I actually lucid dreamed without knowing it! I controlled everything wow!!!
When you're 12 and under it's easier as your body and mind, together, hav far less stress and distractions than any1 13 and older, or some1 who has gone through puberty and older.
I do not have a problem with LD and OBE at night. So this video does not apply to me. I have had some of my most beautiful lucid dreams in the morning also. very interesting about the TV opiods.
go to sleep telling yourself that your goin to have a lucid dream or a obe and your goin to be aware and remember it, say it until you fall asleep . I have lucid dreams or obc's when I wake up and go back to sleep sometimes I have a timer set for me to wake up and go back to sleep I set it for an hour at first and the second one for 30mins and the third one for 20 mins. The obc's can seem crazy sometimes expescially when it's happenin in space an the lucid are more about testin you with you mind
Well it's easy to have lucid dreams take it from a ninteen year old girl if your a big believer in your dreams and mind control you can do it. But at first they are not pretty dreams or easy to deal with. I tell you if you want to experience new ideals and visions into the future you have to be aware of what's going on in and out of your dreams. You can't be getting lost in a trance in or out of your dreams it's best to ask yourself questions. Keep control of your mind witch is not easy to do .
Does listening to techno music while sleeping helps to lucid dream? Because like, i know that im listening to it in real life and i keep thinking about real crazy stuff and the music kinda keep me half awake and im sleeping and stuff.
Wait, I'm confused do you have to so all that "get out of your physical body" stuff for a lucid dream? And what is the difference between an OBE and a Lucid Dream?
@xURSCREWED299x The difference between an OBE and Lucid Dreaming is that OBE's are experiences that go beyond the body (such as going into space or any place on earth) and Lucid Dreaming is basically gaining control of your dreams. I myself am not so sure on how lucid dreams can induce OBE's but if it works then its good for me :P
Im thinking about lucid dreaming but i think im gunna turn into a huge pussy if some scary shit happens. Is paralysis scary? What is the best way to wake up? Can i be trapped in a lucid dream somehow? And is anything and everything possible? Sex? Smoking? Driving? Flying? Answers to these questions would really help so i could start, thanks.
@SRFColonel In a lucid dream, the limit of your imagination is the only limit to the dream. Literally anything you can conceive of you can do. As for sleep paralysis, it can be unnerving and a little bit frightening at first, but eventually, as you begin to understand what all is happening during the process, your fears will go away. You'll also learn that your fear of what will happen often creates the fear itself. To wake up, simply will yourself to wake, and you will. Deep breathes and will.
I've done that whole "waking up in the morning, staying up, then going back to bed" thing... and it works. I didn't even know I was doing this though. LOL.
But it's just that when I'm paralyzed I see and hear some horrible things and I'm pretty sensitive so it really affects me. Maybe I just need to focus on my breathing and relax more..
I would love to be able to control lucid dreaming but if I awake around early morning or "wake back to bed" I enter sleep paralysis. I often awake naturally around that time of morning, typically 4 or 5 am but when I try to sleep again....paralysis!
I've only ever had 2 lucid dreams in my entire life but they were the result of entering sleep paralysis and not being able to awake from it, hence I took my alertness with me to sleep and thus I had very strange and scary lucid dreams... )':

Morons like you are the ones that say Atheist start things with them and argue because we "hate" you; no we are forced to learn of religions so we have the knowledge to help us deal with you assholes. By the way Science= how not the why.
HeadSHOT604 1 week ago
@HeadSHOT604 What... I was being serious, using affirmations is a real technique for speaking to your brain. Maybe I should of demonstrated a different example. Basically an affirmation is telling yourself, well your brain something in order to make it a reality, such as losing weight or learning some new technique such as OBE. Also I didn't say anything about you being atheist. I don't care, to be honest I don't believe in the bible either... It's total bullshit. I believe in god, that's all.

@HeadSHOT604 No worries, man why is youtube so dramatic? This isn't Degrassi you know?
Youw0tgetit 1 week ago

MrKiddKevinn 3 months ago in playlist Liked
@MrKiddKevinn You almost Astral Projected !!! You should stay calm next time and the reason why you stayed stuck in the room because you didn't think out of it, your brain probably froze in the surprise or fear of what happened ! Next time just 'breath' whether you're dreaming or Astral Projecting and then you'll find that it is amazing and everything is limitless in that world !!

After that they will left the body and you will have to pay for all the things thet have done, such killing and things like that. You will say 'I didn't do it!!! it wasn't me!!!' but no one will believe you. People will think you're crazy.

go to sleep telling yourself that your goin to have a lucid dream or a obe and your goin to be aware and remember it, say it until you fall asleep . I have lucid dreams or obc's when I wake up and go back to sleep sometimes I have a timer set for me to wake up and go back to sleep I set it for an hour at first and the second one for 30mins and the third one for 20 mins. The obc's can seem crazy sometimes expescially when it's happenin in space an the lucid are more about testin you with you mind
llayssha 5 months ago
Well it's easy to have lucid dreams take it from a ninteen year old girl if your a big believer in your dreams and mind control you can do it. But at first they are not pretty dreams or easy to deal with. I tell you if you want to experience new ideals and visions into the future you have to be aware of what's going on in and out of your dreams. You can't be getting lost in a trance in or out of your dreams it's best to ask yourself questions. Keep control of your mind witch is not easy to do .
llayssha 5 months ago
Does listening to techno music while sleeping helps to lucid dream? Because like, i know that im listening to it in real life and i keep thinking about real crazy stuff and the music kinda keep me half awake and im sleeping and stuff.

Wait, I'm confused do you have to so all that "get out of your physical body" stuff for a lucid dream? And what is the difference between an OBE and a Lucid Dream?
xURSCREWED299x 6 months ago

SRFColonel 6 months ago

LOL.

I didn't watch the whole video before I commented, opps. >_<
Pretty much what I mean to say is that, sleep paralysis is fucking scary!
I get night-time paralysis very often and I just can't seem to transition into a lucid dream without it being extremely frightening.
So yeah. Anyone have any advice..?

@Freebywill767
Thanks for the advice. And I agree.
But it's just that when I'm paralyzed I see and hear some horrible things and I'm pretty sensitive so it really affects me. Maybe I just need to focus on my breathing and relax more..

@EcHOHeAdSh0T Oh really!? I usually sleep on my back so this might help. :D
SaffyRocks 6 months ago
I would love to be able to control lucid dreaming but if I awake around early morning or "wake back to bed" I enter sleep paralysis. I often awake naturally around that time of morning, typically 4 or 5 am but when I try to sleep again....paralysis!
I've only ever had 2 lucid dreams in my entire life but they were the result of entering sleep paralysis and not being able to awake from it, hence I took my alertness with me to sleep and thus I had very strange and scary lucid dreams... )':
