How to get online with Sega Dreamcast

I actually yesterday connected my Dreamcast to the internet by using dial-up from unplugging my telephone line from my PC DSL modem to my Dreamcast where the other end was connected to the wall jack. I found a free ISP number from a website called "Dialin", but my sister reminded me about most of these free ISPs are just trying to trick you with legal shit that makes you pay in the thousands digits in phone bills. So, guys, be careful with this shit, and always pay for the right ISPs.
