It's not Latin, it's Brazilian Portuguese! And they don't sey "please" on the Brazilian Portuguese version, they say just "let" (because their mouths don't move enough for a "por favor"), which already means "allow us/ let us do this". They say "deixa", which sounds like the "desha" you hear.
