I'm slightly confused over net neutrality, is it ISPs throttling bandwidth for certain types of content i.e - videos or is it ISPs or is it ISPs discriminating against certain sites (competitors etc)? (Or is it both?)

The governement, and by that, I mean every government has every right to know what kind of materials its citizens are downloading. Your government and by extension the government controlled media are only concerned with your welfare. So stop freaking out over nothing.

Its been going on here in the US too. I have been a strong activist to oppose what a great deal of lobbyist have been attempting in congress. Look into it, there are some real issues here and the implications are scary indeed
