Metallica only had a few good albums, Slayer only had a few good albums, that's life. Most bands can't produce top quality shit forever, look at the new Iron Maiden CDs. But Disturbed and Korn and CoB were never good in the first place.

You got brutal death metal, but that is the worse kind of death metal there is. Then you got oldschool death metal bands, who care more for the songwriting, not being that brutal at all, being much better bands.
