  • can i use the holes to put bolts thru the holes in the side? to have more secure fit? i go offroading all the time and ive read reviews about this product and some people have said they have come off when their truck bed flexed...solution?

  • @hazardousduck007x There are pre-drilled hole in the side brackets that can be used to add fasteners to further secure the rack to the bed rail. Adding this extra attachment points will definitely help to the rack in place when driving on rough roads but the rack is not designed for off road use, especially with bikes loaded.

  • @rackoutfitters @ the bolts would be slightly smaller than the hole itself and held together by a nut (easily removable by hand) i just want more of a gurantee its not going anywhere. im not going 4wheeling, its just that alot of the roads i take to camp, or to the bike trails can be rough, anyways thanks im def gonna buy this product

  • Quick release levers will not lock the forks. Use a long insulated cable to secure frame to truck's strapping points.

  • Can you lock the quick release levers so the bike is locked to the rack as well?
