We love these... We get ours at Natural Grocers. rinse well they smell fishy a little but then when you par boil them then add your sauces etc. the noodles absorb the flavors. yummy stuff. Hubby and I have lost the total of 38 lbs just by using these noodle instead of egg noodles. Glad we tried them.

Delicious and guilt free! Try the fettucine Alfredo recipe on the back! Just add laughing cow lowfat spreadable Swiss cheese, sour cream and Parmesan to the rinsed and dried noodles, microwave and stir! Delish!!!!

II tried these, I was able to cover up their funny smell, but they have the consistency of rubber bands and taste like them, too. Yuk! Good thing they were not expensive. I'm really big on taste and consistency and these did not do it for me at all.

Found these in my local grocery store and was so excited! They have a little bit of a rubbery texture, but other than that are excellent with only 40 calories and 1 NET carbs per serving!!
