Recruiting in a Shaken Economy: What do you tell candidates?

I love your videos Scott. On this one, I think there is a slight risk with painting a rosy picture to the candidate as we are putting our reputation at stake behind the hopes we present of stable employment. Logically what you say does make sense, but then decisions are made by humans; for all we know someone older in the company might be a fav. What do you feel?
