UK can get out any time it wants Lisbon Treaty or not. Just make up your minds and stop cooperating with them. Get rid of the Europhile politicians. Make governing a real difficult task. Think and be creative on how to trip them up.
No, we can't 'leave' whilst our politicians are controlled by the EU. And plus, these treaties mean our laws are always inferior to EU law. That means we can't just decide to pack up and go.

Unfortunately the Copenhagen treaty is a far greater threat to all nation states as it will supersede any constitution like the Lisbon treaty. Go get yourself informed.
