dude this isnt a spam....but i am relatively new to uke's too. join the forums at ukulele underground dot com...the community there is not only friendly but really helpful...I had a few tuning probs with my new uke and the guys there jumped in and helped loads! u still got 1 over on me though ...I still havent summoned the balls to post a vid!! keep going dude!
when i tune i make sure that the strings are in tune with each other as much as a keyboard/piano . so press down 4th fret on c string and it should sound exactly the same as an open e string.
i tend to tune off e. so for c string its 4th fret. then 5th fret on e string gives u an A. then 2nd fret on g string gives u an A also. even if the ukulele isnt 100% in tune, at least its all relative and wont sound weird.

i did actually tune it before the recording, but for some reason, my C strings drones. I tryed detuning it completly, but didnt work!
