Keine Lust is probably the least offensive of their "shocking" songs, if you read the interview they gave about the music video they interpret it as being tired of all the excesses that come with fame and fortune, and that they're getting back together to just play some music (except that they're all old and fat.)

I think this song is about tabu things like masturbation and the embarassment and feeling of doing a sin. 'Ich hab keine Lust" could also be a hypocritical call "I dont have sexual desire", whilst all humans have it. The rejection of one's sexual desire and feeling sinful for the God are described as "I'm so cold...". The person is feeling like hating himself/herself. This is just my interpretation, don't cling to it, some parts dont go by, but I feel just like it when listening to Keine Lust.
