your best bet would be to get a High Output .18 smallblock engine. u'd get plenty of power out of it, maybe even a few wheelies!

technically, you could , but it might be cheaper to just buy one theres a lot of things you'd need to buy. e.g chassis plates, new engine, gearbox radio box etc
