  • If only the video was in English......

  • @Bulldogzism : I think if you buy the DVD you have the option of watching it in English or Korean. My friend has a copy and his plays in English.

  • @Bulldogzism learn Korean

  • I'm about to test for my black belt, so I have to relearn all the forms. These videos have been extremely helpful!! As I start to get higher in the forms, it is still easy to learn with this video!! Thank you bruceleevg for making these videos!!!!!!!

  • @Bulldogzism I am testing for blue belt sunday 3/7. In my club I must show all the taeguks up to blue belt.

  • @VictorMathies Well, I forgot to mention I quit one belt away from a black, so now I have to relearn all of them because I forgot them!

  • @Bulldogzism im testing too

  • @Bulldogzism good job keep up the good work , I'm aiming for my green belt so nervous and this video helped me out a lot took a while to memories the forms from 1-3...

  • good

  • 2 people think their better...

  • @DKRaFiQ the master vs the two people

  • @cresentchen haha .. yeah . i wonder who are those two people ...

  • @DKRaFiQ idk :D i find this persons form is actually good I started mind very late

  • @cresentchen yes his taegeuk is good ... of course, this guy is a seasoned practitioner ... im working my ass off to improve :P

  • @DKRaFiQ Uh. . .what are you trying to say? 2 people think they're better . . .2 people think their form is better. ^^

  • @0uchMyKnee yes that is exactly what im trying to say ...

  • yah ta bn hay..

  • These DVDs are available with an English track, but the Korean words for each move is still used.

  • beautiful side kicks :) we do ITF forms but I'm a national level poomse competitor so I know both sets.. these kind of help me brush up on my taeguk forms :)

  • Good:DD

  • Love the videos, they help me to remember my poomse and see where I can improve to be better. Your precision is just so sharp...your stances and forms are just so clear cut and linear. They inspire me to do better, to aim for perfection in each movement with accuracy. Thank for the series, they are very helpful to an old dog like me.

  • thanks thanksss

  • I just tested for my orange belt today and this will be sooooo helpful!! Thanks<3

  • Wow, he's really good. Those moves look so sharp. Kinda makes anyone feel bad no matter how good they are

  • I love how snap and short and hard his blocks are, like the inward blocks, which i seem to get as nice and snappy as i should! hes really good....like his poomsae :D

  • Very helpful, got a question too; is it possible to double grade? i have my grading in four days-Sunday. and there's another grading on the 12th of December, i know cause i've finished school i'll be able to practice more and learn it but is it allowed?

  • @SingSolo18 late answer; but in my country (holland) its not allowed. there must be 3 months between exams. it is possible to skip the white-yellow belt. but also depends on your trainer...5 year old kids get black belts these days. >_<

  • @TheF0etus don't be a hater, he was answering a question

  • @ajeyaran

I actually skipped my green stripe belt. My instructor probably did that because I was learning forms ahead of that level, along with practicing at home instead of just the 3 days a week, 45-50 minute classes we have. So yes it is possible to "skip" belt ranks.

But do not mistake belt rank for true skill, there are a few black belts in our school who only show up every so often and they suffer for it XD

  • Love these videos! They are so helpful! And they help one to fine-tune the poomse's And YES there is a green belt in Taekwondo. White White with yellow stripe Yellow Green (Sometimes green with 1 blue stripe) Blue Blue with 1 red stripe (Sometimes 2) Red Red with 1 black stripe Red with 2 black stripes Red with 3 black stripes Black - goes to 10. It all depends on the school.
  • I like the korean language because it helps me remember the names of the strikes and kicks. My Grand Master teaches both in korean and english and he expects us to learn the names of the strikes and kicks in Korean. Awesome video!

  • @kirstenceshire there actually is green in taekwondo...

  • Very nice videos but ENGLISH (language) explanation would be much more better so that everyone can understand...............

  • nice video...thanks, it will help me practice my forms :)

  • Thanhk you very much,It very good videos.

  • Thank you for these wonderful videos! They are very helpful in learning form and perfecting movements!

  • AMAZING!

  • thx....since i skip from 1st yellow to green...i gotta learn 3,4

  • @o0bean0o how'd you manage to skip?

  • @o0bean0o there's no green in taekwondo.......

  • @o0bean0o how were you able to skip those levels? is that really possible?

  • Awesome video...helps me remember the forms and practice at home. Thank you!

  • thank you for posting those videos with poomsaes, now it's more easy to train this at home.

  • It's hard to call them traditional when they really aren't that old.

  • @RalinaPerene traditional doesn't mean old.....
