This tries to be too much for a game. If you want to pretend like your playing guitar, Guitar Hero is a phantastic game. If you want to create music, maybe it's time to get real instruments and record them properly.

Either way, it seems futile trying to really create music in a video game, not to mention one that implements it as clumsily as this one.

Don't get me wrong, Guitar Hero is a lot of fun, but I'm not kidding myself into thinking there's anything creative about playing it.

True that although its fun and stuff, but the studio is a way to try to imitate the actual instruments, i mean like what if you dant want a real guitar but want Guitar Hero and maybe later you migh want to make a song, so you just make from there, besides, you are not going to have every single guitar in the world to have different sounds such Electronic, Metal, Acoustic, that would cost a lot of money.

You just have to really know what you're doing. I had experience working with MIDI before the music studio so I had it easy, but there are way too many limitations in the music studio that I won't even get into, because I'd rant for pages.

Amen to that. I tried using the recording studio once... never used it again after trying the GH mix. There's really no point in the recording studio at all when you can make much more accurate music with GH mix.

i have a big question! When I am recording on say: bass; sound type: lush. Then second verse; bass, sound type: voice. HOW do i keep the sounds exactly as they are recorded???? Every time i do this, it automaticly changes BOTH verses to LUSH. which i dont want. How do i keep the 1st bass verse at LUSH then the 2nd bass verse on VOICE??? plz help!!!!

in canada, it's hard to find music games (rock band, guitar hero) for the wii. i'm sad. :( I could have got it today but Wal-mart didnt have a shipment of it and they didnt know when they were getting them. There were a few copies for the ps3 and 360 at wal-mart (there always is stuff for the ps3 and 360) stuff for the wii is bought so frickin quickly

As awesome as this feature is, there is an unfourtunate downside. Because it is so easy to make songs with this program, it is inveitable that most of the songs you'll find on GH Tunes will be "tH3 h4RD3ST s0NG EVAR!!!!" made up random, fast, notes. Hopefully there will be some realistic people that will actually make GOOD songs with the music studio. I know that when I buy this game I'll actually put some thought into songs that I make. Now then, I'm done writing another novel with comments.
