I agree that Jesus had to die. He had to. It was based on the will of the Father- the answer to Jesus' prayer on Mount Olive. So perhaps we Christians should stop cursing the Jews as the life and sacrifice of Jesus had been foretold by the Prophet Isaiah. So Christ's death must have been planned and prepared by God.
