whats the secret to getting a nice grip on a powder coated pole... it seems that a brass pole is so much easier...?

brass poles are waaay easier because you stick and don't slide...but once you start getting into more advanced tricks they will eat your skin terribly!! Stainless steel is the best (in my opinion) but I love the powder coated poles...try ordering some Titegrip from lil minx...that helps a lot. Also the more you pole dance the more your gip will strengthen. it won't happen overnight...usually takes a few months if you dance 3 times a week.

i have a lil mynx and it is powder coated and i can't seem to be able to get a nice grip on it .... i got it at the beginning of december, so i have had time for my grip to get stronger... any suggestions

I just wanted to thank you so much. Watching your vids, has taught me how to pole dance. It's nice to see someone who has ballet experiance put vids up.
