@bigcreator I love getting out there whenever I have the chance! It's cool to see the Pennines in all the different seasons and in the snow it was really fun. The only weather I don't like up there is the wind, because it makes it so hard to film yourself speaking!
@bigcreator I walked it in full in... I think it was 2000 when I was doing my A-Levels. I stayed in Youth Hostels the entire way up, though a few of these have closed now and you'd need to camp ro BnB. I usually carried noodles, and pubs and YH's along the way were a good place for food. Can't really say how much it cost, it was too long ago now. I'll continue this series soon when I can manage to get another ride up there!
@killfairy I was speaking about human signs, as that's one of the main focuses of my videos. I'll be the first to admit I don't comment much on animals even if I do notice them (like I did the badger spots) because when I first started the series YouTube had a much stricter time limit. I had to choose a direction and I ended up cutting out most things zoological. I'll try and talk about these things more in upcoming videos for you
@DStaniforth Daniel, disclosure of specific badger locations is a double-edged sword
people who bait badgers already know where they are - so I am all in favour of sharing knowledge on badger population - because they are then much easier to monitor. so unintentionally you have included the wildlife aspect
I am enjoying watching all these videos, but it looks so cold, would you not of preferd to of done this in the summer?

@DStaniforth
Well i guess it makes more of a challenge. I am planning to walk the Pennie way this year and your videos have been a great help so far.
so when you did the walk in full, did you stay in mostly youth hostels? and if so what did you do for food? oh and how much did it cost you in total?
