Thank you for sharing this with me..I love horses, had one when I was young. My Dad bought it from a lady that had pony's for kids to ride at the fair. Guess what ? It only wanted to go in circles..LOL had quite a time...
Your Mom looks like a true Cowboy's Sweetheart .. Stunning !!
Wow, thanks so much for this one. You were awesome, sure makes me home sick for that life. Will be going back to Neb next week for the family reunion and my 60th high school reunion. Looking forward to it. The pictures of your Mom were awesome, Sure wish I could find some of the retro shirts from that era. Again I thank you new friend. Roy
Thanks for helping me with that question because I knew my mama wasn't rich. She was and still is a hard worker. She can still work circles around me. I thank God for that all the time! My Mom has always been rich in love though. The animals and people really love her too.She is such a sweetheart!
3,000 K was pretty alright back then ....but then... there were a lot fewer "necessities" to buy... no cell phones or mp3 s.. etc. :) good for your Dad earnings :) but you are right.. we had a brownie too and all my baby pictures are on one... just like everyone else's :)
and your Mom is quite a natural with her horses... she looks great! cute as a button :)
Yea I changed that when it was brought to my attention about the harmony singer. It's comes up different than the way I type it out. I hope it's right now.
Great old song! Great old pictures! Music and memories - they're the best. Thanks for making this.

Hon, Everyone in the USA had a Kodak Brownie in the 1950's and 1960's . My Dad made $3,000.00 a year in 1953 and we had a Brownie.
BTW Thanks for sharing your lovely pictures
