In Wobble's book he says what a tosspot Sean Hughes is and explains why he thumped him in rehearsal. Hughes tried to patronize him and Wobble was having none of it. After Hughes tells Wobble he can't hit him because he's supposed to be a 'spiritual' type of bloke, the great man just twats him much to everyone's horror. Hughes wrote a pathetic article in the guardian saying what a nasty man Jah Wobble is... obviously omitting to mention how he deserved what he got and goaded Wobble into it..
i was loving it when i heard bout this ,liking wobble and hating hughes with a passion n all. apparently members of the buzzcock crew thanked him for it, saying that hughes had had a slap coming for quite sometime. he also said that jo brand was quite shook up by it and was nothing like her on stage persona.

i avoid season 1 to 11 because of weasley hughes which is a shame because i like lamarr.

@leurbost80 He didn't get on with Sean, I think he smacked him or something during rehearsals. If you watch the whole episode you can sort of tell Sean keeps baiting Jah. They should have just gotten him back after Sean left, he was a brilliant guest.
Brilliant. Do you have the whole episode? I had been looking for this for the past 9 years. I wonder why Jah was never invited back? he stole the show. he would have been a much better replacement for Sean than bailey.
