Without any hate, UN mission in CONGO (greatest worldwide) has failed to deal diplomatically or militarily with a tiny rebel group. All stakes of this handmade crisis are well known. Why BEMBA and LUBANGA and still leave free hand to NKUNDA. Are they trying to have our people out of breath to finally and softly force a new land sharing which may entail new border shape on local community leaders?
