you remind me of me about 15 years ago, always runnin' around flexin' and showin' it off. Good for you. Have fun with it. I have the deluxe version also I haven't seen the the xtra videos yet as I have just started. I wieght trained 3-4 days a week before insanity I thought it would help (I was wrong, lol) How are the three add. dvd's to be used? I didn't see them on the calender and there's nothing in the information about them...do I just use them when I think I should or what?

I have a question. one of the guys in the infomercial looked thin and after the 6 days he got lean but also developed a lot of big muscle. did sum of the guys in the test group do the upper body workout offered in the deluxe package throughout the 60 days? or did everyone follow the original insanity plan with no weight lifting?

I bought the standard so I am waiting on when they release the deluxe upgrade kit. 

I try to keep up with you on Pure Cardio and I am getting closer to no breaks.
