If you think about it, what can you do even if he lies? All he has to do is cite that bullshit story in court(if it were to ever get that far) and it'd still be your word against his. In this case and cases like this, that's an obstacle to consider. Just throwing it out there, any idea's?
Awesome, seen many videos but this dude was respectful to Jimmy, at least he said something other than having an attitude like he's allowed because he's an officer.
This video is showing that with Jimmy Justice being out there some officers are at least showing some concern in being in the wrong or at least the agency may be changing personel to those that show some respect for citizens.
The problem is that in NYC, it's very possible for ANYONE to take a career path in law enforcement at least at their level. I went to high school with a lot of guys like him. They just have power, abuse it and don't really care because "they need to make that paper". It's scary to see how these people change when a badge is handed to them. That badge and shield may protect you from the law, but it won't protect you from YOURSELF. Where are all the honest cops?!

ok what i think you don't understand is that anarchy doesent mean a total lack of laws or regulations. that is one possible vision of anarchy, but the POINT of anarchy is that there is no overreaching set of laws or rules. Within an anarchy there can (and would) be power structures and systems of controll set up, but it would just be every man for himself. The point is "police" or enforcers of some self determined code could and would exist. The real point is in know WTF anarchy means...

Anarchy by definition is a political philosophy encompassing theories and attitudes which support the elimination of ALL compulsory government. Bringing up the USSR (which was a government) doesn't validate your point, I have no idea what definition you are using, but now that is cleared up, now you can use it... no government = no police, anarchy = no government, thus anarchy = no police. The problem is that in NYC, it's very possible for ANYONE to take a career path in law enforcement at least at their level. I went to high school with a lot of guys like him. They just have power, abuse it and don't really care because "they need to make that paper". It's scary to see how these people change when a badge is handed to them. That badge and shield may protect you from the law, but it won't protect you from YOURSELF. Where are all the honest cops?!
