Also be comfortable with your environment, I wouldn't suggest many bright lights or confined spaces. This is where your friends come in, they will keep you from wondering off, tripping over things, just general protection. The main thing I think is being comfortable with everything around you. Then sit back and enjoy.

Try quidding it, chew up several leaves and leave it in your mouth for about 30 minutes, its a smooth transition and it lasts longer and you cant really "overdose" or get too much.

maybe you couldn't see out of your left eye because your experience was being generated from your left (male/analytical) hemisphere of your brain, which controls the right side of your body, rather than the right (feminine/intuitive) which controls the left. it sounds like your experience was dominated by trying to make sense of it (left brain) rather than letting go (right brain). just my two cents

wow... that's a pretty good description.. that's kinda how I felt... its amazing!!, and the feeling you get after it.. I don't know.. in my case I kinda starting embrasing my life a little more lol... what you say is very true!!! I thought I wasn;t gonna be me again! i agree...it feels like you know all the answers to all the questions of existence, but can't talk to tell anyone. And then when it's over, you forget it...just like that...like when you wake up from a dream and can't remember it 30 sec later. I've only done it once, but I want to do it again. Very profound experience and not something to mess around with, I agree. Good Video, man.

@Sk8ForLife9991 no, it peaks about 2mins , you ride that out for about 5, then there is a hard, more concious trip for another couple mins. everything before that is a short giggly period. With negitive stimulus(people laughing at you, fucking with you, being in an unfamilliar place with people around that you dont know, people asking too many questions) , this trip could be the most horrific eternity I can imagine. respect this shit, or dont do it.

I have been stuck in the taffy too. It is like time/space folding in on itself but your able to view it through "eyes" that can see and understand visible reality past the 3D.
it felt like I was in a vat of melting crayons twisting together with darkness, and I was stuck in the middle of it. It was kind of carnival like, and childlike too. I posted a video about it if you want to hear about my journey.

That's a really intense experience and a great story. I'll probably never use it because I don't like having my mind altered in a way that takes away control. It would freak me out too much. Still a good story though.

YES, TOOL! At least you picked the right music to listen to during that trip. It's not illegal here in Arkansas. We'll probably be the last state to illegalize it if we ever do, especially since pot is now legal here in Eureka Springs. Thanks for sharing your experience. I've never tried the stuff. Hahaha this is awesome stuff man! Salvia is illegal in TN where I live as well but I'm planning on making a drive to maybe Asheville, NC and getting some really soon; it should be easy to find there haha that's a hippie town. Anyways very nice story. Cheers and see you sunday @ the meditation!
