does punishemt of 60 consecuative days of fasting for intentional eating durind the time between dawn and sunset only for during Ramadan or if you are voluntarily fasting throughout the year and you intentionaly break your fast? is punishemt only for during Ramadan or for any voluntary days of fasting?

It's from their good end for those who pass away during case of the fasting, some of scholars consider them as the martyrs and said "Those persons are breakfasting in paradise", may Allah cover him with His mercy and forgiveness and reward him with His paradise, amen.
