we already have ACE, and a metric nut-ton (7.42 crap loads) of missions, sound mods, country armies etc etc etc.

I have gone between squads to find good ones, at the moment I am with one that has full servers (30-50 players) every day playing tvt mostly, but also coop with ACE and ACRE, always in squads.

@mckseal and PR is about playing in squad - ALL THE TIME! Just like in real fight and also PR is not COOP....

Every mission has squads, fireteams and all the rest of it including command squads, artillery teams, sniper teams even air support and transport positions. We always play with squads, we always have positions within the squad, thats just how arma2 is...

@mckseal Yes, I know. Thats why I think that PR on ARMA will be mutch better than ACE - also I dont think that ACE is shit or something - I do play ACE and I think that atm this is the best mod on Arma

Sorry, I'm not too up to date on PR, what is it bringing to arma 2? I find arma2 with ACE and ACRE to be as good as it gets...

@mckseal yes it does. ACE and ACRE is very good :)

@mckseal its more accessible and streamlined. Where ACE2 and acre boast a MASSIVE amount of features, project reality cuts it down to the necessities and finishes polishing them up until moving on, this also makes it easier for new players to handle. PR is essentially the trade off of quality vs quantity

I play both though so its not like ACE is bad or anything, I like ACE and ACRE, its just a different take on the genre

Is it possible to play ArmA2 Project Reality mod with cracked ArmA2 (not original) ?

@sr402 yes and no.  1. yes you can play with realitymods units offline but 2. no because realtymod will be more online focused and you cant play online with cracked arma. further more you need arma 2 combined arms or arma2 and operation arrowhead installed both installed.

The PR mod isn't about adding a faction. It's about making PvP interesting, good, fun, realistic.

I love co-op, but playing against AI gets to me. They can walk right past you without noticing anything, and the other second they can see you, accurately fire at long ranges without feeling any sort of suppression or difficulty when they're fired at or even hit.

Playing against human players is just a completely different feeling. If you do something right you'll be truly rewarded for it.

@OfficialFearClan Your right and your wrong ;) it was originally being developed for ArmA II but PR decided takistan was the perfect place to stage their mod, this has been so about a fortnight i think, its on all the popular arma sites news reel :)
