I love Benny Goodman. I am thinking to take clarinet lessons, but I want to play jazz not clasic music. Benny Goodman is my American idol. Thanks

Holland 1935-Most of what Benny Goodman played was jazz-as is this.He could and did play some classical music as well.

Great Hollad1935 you must learn, I was six when I started. I heard all my dad's Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw records and it really inspired me. If you ever get a chance to hear Clarinade do, it's amazing clarinet playing. If I ever get a 78 player sorted, I'll post it :D
