  • @AL02ify Stella do you recognize me?

  • Q INYECTE

  • this shit jus gave me chillbumbs! do i punch the screen or mosh by myself!? idk!

  • @ISTABYOURFACE666 you could punch yourself

  • @wiseorwiseazz i did!

  • NastyByte,...where's your RAMMSTEIN??!!

  • @NorthernAggressor wow! an elephant's asshole. That's so clever. I could never come up with something as cleaver as that. You must be a genius. Look man I think metal is fucking pussy music. Anyone can learn to play a guitar and stroke it until it sounds hard. I appreciate Ministry's contribution to industrial music ala their album TWITCH. But Al was basically a junky. Cevin Key has more creativity and talent and ability in the tip of his little finger than Al ever had in his whole body.

  • @tachyonblade thats easily your opinion. anyone can also learn how to play a synth with the right program (ie Reason), playing on instrument and not another doesnt make you better, both Key and Jourgensen can play guitars, drums, program and use synths and produce their own material, thats pretty damn even in most peoples books

  • @tachyonblade Cevin Key was a junky too

  • hey i actually like their old songs, and i wasnt even born or around long after then, no regrets.....

  • you all should remember that Ministry started out as a "pop/roller skate rink" band. Check out their first album, "with Sympathy." Totally syth-pop. I think Skinny Puppy beats the hell out of Ministry any day. It's not metal but they have always been dark and hard.

  • @tachyonblade me and most of my friends forgive them for there "syth-pop" days like we forgive lots of crap our favorite bands put out.

  • @tachyonblade Skinny Puppy and Ministry are tied in my book, and next to David Bowie, they are my 2 favorite groups!

  • oooh you're dark and spooky! know what? so is an elephant's asshole.

Ministry kicks fucking ass. So they had garbage at first, big deal. Ever read Jorgensen's interviews regarding it? He hates it, he hated doing it, the label made him do it, he was young and they had money... all of which are actually good defenses when combined.

Ministry played badass shows and at the last tour they showed fuckin respect to their fans. Who plays 2 and a 1/2 hour shows in metal? Ministry.

  • @NorthernAggressor That's bullshit. He loved it when he made it. Otherwise he wouldn't have done it. But now he's spent the last 10 years trying to prove that he's harder than Work For Love. Ministry peaked with The Mind.

  • @skrason i disagree Animositomia was probly Ministry at its best, but Minds probly my favorite album tho...

  • viva al jourgensen and le ministry

  • WIll always be powerfully awesome! Shows were great!

  • I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH ENOUGH BALLS TO SMOKE A BLUNT IN THE FRONT AT THE LAST TOUR, PEOPLE ARE GETTING NEUTERED NOWADAYS!

  • @pullscrotskin - Bouncers are the monkeys of CUNTS!

  • Ministry had the best album titles of ALL, also.... Land of Rape and Honey, The Mind is a terrible thing to Taste, Psalm 69, Dark Side of the Spoon, ect.. i'm happy to see younger kids into good stuff, if you want to know where ALL this "metal" comes fromm now the album is "ANGEL DUST" by "Faith No More" -- MIke Patton is still amazing, check out Mr Bungle, Slayer is the only one left, the LAST Metallica album was "and justice for all" - Megadeth had "Peace Sells" Melvins, Fantomas, DEP

  • @bobethe right on man;I don't like this "roof metal" audience stuff either, therefore I'm very sorry this band stopped activity because they were still doing very well even of some possible lack of ideas on the "Rio Grande Blood" album, the tracks still blowed everything to pieces.I doubt tracks like"Let's go" or "Senior Peligro" will post the hammer in the future of industrial trash scene allthough there are still one or two industrial metal band that do not care much about fame..

  • @bloodyrockfire Ha,, did you see Limp Bisquick covered this song, ha... the last FNM tour in '99, i went to this band opening up was called Limp Bizkit, they had demos, they were horrible, they covered a Rage song for chrissakes, and getting booed off stage i didn't know who the idiot was but Fred Durst gives everyone the finger and Patton comes out with FNM and he's giving everyone the finger, funny, what happened to the Deftones? DEP is not the same. And now stuff like Bring me the horzion?

  • @bobethe yeah I spotted that track here on the related video;it is a total failure form them;just look at their genre;rap has nothing to do with the metal and rock scene;Bring me to horizon is also a n imature firmelt for brainwashed punks.many band have gone down below aspecially Metallica unlike Ministry who has always maintained their edge.I never heard any proper reason why artists rely on relaquishing their rutes to siut the media

  • @bobethe why are they in such a big hurry;if their music is good and catchy it will be appreciated by the peaple belonging to the respective scene;this blending into the mainstream is an impossible mission;it never deserves even a slight chance;it has to parrish;there is a much more bigger amount of music out there that actually has a meaning,a story behind it;Major Labels are also corrupt;I think the underground realm is the safest

  • stainless steal providers...........beers steers and queers

  • Barney Gumble goes off.

  • right

  • 14 people are indeed theives

  • METAL RULES FOREVER.

    METAL IS FOREVER.

    METAL IS IMMORTAL.

    CHAAAAAAAAAAARRRGE

  • I'm 16, & i love this shit!!!!!!!!!!

  • @goldensolder44 same here! \m/ O.O \m/

  • @goldensolder44 Thats right men...

  • @goldensolder44 I'm proud of you pal;keep it metal\m/

  • Ministry é muito foda, não sei até hoje pqq acabou.

  • Was kick ass in concert. Had the stage fenced in at Numbers Houston 1990. Hellacious mosh pit! had to take my chain heels off and became plastered with the crowd to the chain link fence! Hell yeah!!! Gritty industrial angst music!

  • @Stormhuntress Yeah.. the kids today don't know what they're missing.

  • @azynkron know what your saying im the only fucking one one my shool who likes this

  • I think I saw Satan hiding under a table in the back of the room.

  • Great song, great band, great edition

  • one word : NICE

  • @TheMasterchief1997 ...nice? 2 words: fucking awesome!!!!!!!

  • exelente me recuerda los viejos tiempos.q buenos slamssssssssssssssssssssssssa

  • lol i love industrial music my favorite band would have to be nine inch nails and i always seem act like a robot when it comes to this song

  • 14 morons

  • Loudest concert ever!! From one of the greats!! GET UP!!!

  • Al jourgenson is a freakin genius.

  • ministry were so popular at that time that they became somewhat mainstream, compare this to today corporate manufactured supposedly «hard» music, the present generation is the weakest in human history, a bunch of comment section faggots, they have known no hardship, no real danger, from the diaper they went strait to the bicycle helmet, the airbag, net nanny, iPad and will undoubtedly end up in iDepends

  • @quaxk - agreed.... but Ministry was tired by the time they played lalapalooza... late 80's/early90's was great.... all the morons were into The Fresh Prince of bel air and we had industrial all to ourselves

  • @quaxk lol

  • Anyone have footage of their show in Ft. Worth 1994 or 1995 or the show at First ave in Minneapolis?

  • Can't believe this song and album are more than 20 years old now. Fuck I'm getting old....

  • Fuck yea!........Ministry is unreal

  • this song hit me harder than 8ball shot, ministry is awesome

  • 11$ a beer ....definately the 9:30 club. can tell by the balcony. very intimate

  • Godfathers of industrial.

  • @magneteye

    you dont know Throbbing Gristle????

  • @HerrTelef Well the thing is this. Listen to the sound Ministry developed. They became the most influential band on industrial music. They took it to the next level. So, sure there were "Industrial" bands out before them, but not with the intensity and sound Ministry developed. They set a standard.

  • @magneteye ya there was industrial bands out there, but it was just industrial. so it was like harcore techno. wat ministry and NIN did was metallize the industrial genre. the term ur talkin about is industrial metal. and its freakin osm

  • @bonziisuncool Yes, so we agree. Ministry basically invented a new genre of music and a new sound that has influenced a ton of bands since them. They spawned a whole new wave of "Industrial" bands after them, including shit like NiN, Marilyn Manson, and a lot more. And... listen to Ministry... they actually use and sample "Industrial" sounds, like drills, machinery, etc... the early so called industrial bands did not have this.

  • @magneteye u sure r correct.

  • @bonziisuncool Yep. Thanks. I just think a lot of people forget about Ministry and they deserve a lot of credit for what they did. Cheers to you my brother!

  • @magneteye

    dont misunderstood: i like Ministry.

But here is Industrial and there is Industrial. I think TG (and following Projekts and Bands) has much more influence into this sound than every other group of this scene.

  • @HerrTelef Many bands had influence on the "industrial" music scene, but come on now... NO ONE has had more influence than Ministry. Have you listened to any of the modern Industrial music?

  • @magneteye sure, Ministry is cool and (thats right) have many influence to other groups, of course. But "industrial" is today a kind of music to sort it in a supermarkest shelfes. "industrial" is not music.

  • fuck yeah this is what started it alllll

  • @princesparky not unless you count Ministry's With Sympathy. lol

  • ooo, wat a fkn clssic! one of the bes people to see live, the sound and light effects are way superior to most!

  • sounds nothing like suicidal...sorry..i love suicidal,but,no....

  • I CAN"T HEAR YOU!!

  • @dvlsgod I STill can't hear you!

  • This song reminds me of Suicidal Tendencies. I think the song is so thrash metal.

  • I like how utube is throwing up Christian College commercials during this video!

  • The best song and band of ALL HUMAN HISTORY!!!

  • needless to say, FUCK YEAH!

  • Limp Bizkit did a great cover of this too.

  • du caralhoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • VOTE AL FOR PRESIDENT!

  • seriously, just enjoy the music without all the bullshit

  • one of my fav ministry songs

    definitely gets the crowd moving

  • I just raped my own ass with a wooden spoon jammien to this..brings back memories...

  • @SlatanicG0D hahaahahahahaha wooden spoon lol

  • Gotta love these guys! Kept me free and awake when everything else was determined to put me to sleep! Sadly, it's just as relevant now as ever.

    KEEP FIGHTING!

  • lookin good jack ass. make any friends yet ?

  • Way to waste our time with idiocy. Fuck off and die, loser.

  • Are you fukin kidding bro?

  • mutualists, the original anarchist, are against both the neocons and neoliberals. they're the center of libertarians and greens, extreme form of georgism. fortunately, ministry is awake to the false left/right paradigm and gave us great music.

  • the neocons and neoliberals work for the same owners, the banking elite who own all the important land, resources, and corporations, to enslave the people. marx, mises, and keynes were created by them to define their own economic paradigm which work together to enslave us to the corporate elite using stealth and deception.

  • la raja, nada mas que decir

  • i agree =) f*%king bad ass song!!!

  • Truly one of the best Ministry songs!!

  • When I first heard this song, I thought it was about literal thieves and bandits.

Now, that I know more I realize... it still is a bit like it.

  • @NightShade1218

    Id say more so.

I actually thought 'government' when i first heard it as a 15yr old. But then I heard 'Cannibal Song' then i though it was sheer randomness like dream song etc.

Ministry one of the greatest political bands ever but none of the listeners realize it.

  • Class! Fuck the politics just listen to the music!

  • Innovator....

    jajajajajajjajajaja

  • This live version sounds super heavy unlike the cd version which left me disappointed,

have they got a live cd with this level of heaviness??

  • @666Desolate999 Have you listened to "The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste" ?

  • @666Desolate999 try "in case you didnt feel like showing up" it's live...it rocks

  • is that R Lee Ermey in some of the talking?

  • @Al3x1993 yes. it is a sound byte of him.

  • @Al3x1993 It's a sample from Full Metal Jacket.

  • actually alot of their ablums are political..

  • If you're a fan of W, what the fuck are you listening to Ministry for??? Asshole!

  • Because some of us actually liked Ministry before it was cool to bash Bush.... Unfortunate that Ministry had to devote their last album's to something as lame as politics.. Oh well. I voted for Bush and never regretted it...still dont....and I STILL like Ministry. :gasp: How Dare I!! rofl grow up,faggot.

  • Fucking awesome concert, except for their anti-Bush crap.

  • Are you a Bush supporter?

  • Dont like the other Bush but Gavin Rossdale is ok. ;-)

  • this music is Ministry, done by Ministry. Some artists are their own genre.

  • I seen,em in sacramento

  • this music lookes like terror/speedcore

    i like it

  • WTF? Thats stupid. Why would you label this with stupid ass sub-genres? This is purely Industrial Metal.

  • GET UP GET ON YOUR FEETSIES!

  • @defstar65 get up....drum roll....lol

  • GET UP

  • man im glad i seen them twice in austin, got to say it was one of the best pits i have been in!

  • Thank god their shows have pits.

  • I have never tried acid....but I bet that trying it for the first time, at a Ministry concert, would probably make you go mad.

  • IntristicValue listen to Filth Pig its very good. I only saw them once and it RULED!!!!!

  • Agreed, Filthpig was the first Ministry album I heard and I think its very underated. Legendary band and some amazing tunes. Saw their Bristol leg of their last tour. Fully loaded.

  • respect - soooo far ahead of their time i went to mind and im so old i even went to see them when twitch came out. death rock chicks were so hot back then. ministry changed but only for the better if they had stayed the same as every day is haloween would these dumb kids listen???? i think not. i remember when we went to psalm 69 things were very different ....

  • its a religon....

  • Ministry is not just music...

  • saw Ministry in 96 best time of my life (so fuckin loud) hate gettin old

  • @stoney5970- by 1996 Ministry sucked... Everything after a mind is a terrible thing to taste sucked.. it all sounded like Slayer or something after that

  • @IntristicValue

I wouldn't consider sounding a little like slayer a bad thing, and for the record, Psalm 69 was pretty good(definitely not as good as A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste though)

  • I use to skate to this shit back in the 90s mutherfukers.

  • this song works so well in brutal legend

  • I want to dedicate this video to all the people saying only commercial and shallow music was produced in the 80s! \o/

  • what about slayer in the 80s

  • this song is the lex

    really incredible

    yeah

  • I would have fucking KILLED to see some of these trax live.

I started understanding just WHO Ministry was right after CU LaTour ended in Chicago. I was so depressed when I found that out. Literally, not more than a week after the final show, IN MY OWN FUCKING HOMETOWN...

Every time I see Ministry vids I'm filled with a twinge of regret.

  • This tour was the shit. Best concert I've EVER seen. Absolute mayhem.

  • haha....damn you. I heard about it all over the radio and was like...Ministry, huh?

I checked em out after the show was over (laziness, or just a lack of time. I don't know) and nearly keeled over.

Oh the regret. The fucking regret. I hope Jaysus forgives me for this transgression if i die before the reunion tour (fingers crossed)

  • i have been fighting the powers for over 20 years and this is what i've learned...the "powers that be" only have power cuz we give it to them

...we have this world cuz of violent revolution, that's how the veil was pulled over our eyes...organize...get off the grid...use no credit...barter...ignore government...their power vanishes without a shot fired...

    OAK

  • It is time

  • is it time to revolt yet?

how many more innocent people have to die for these scumbags???

  • If you like this song watch "Full Metal Jacket"

  • this song is dedicated to the federal reserve, world bank, imf, bank of london, goldman sachs, evelyn rothschild, j.p. morgan, and david rockefeller.

  • Amen! The truth shall be known!

  • And EVERY politician who cleared the way for them and profited as well! Motherfuck 'em!

  • like that comment

  • anyone knows where this gig was?anyone have this in divx/dvd?cheers! \m/

  • Washington DC 9:30 Club

  • @NastyByte cool and was there a dvd or is part of their C U LAtour??

  • @Vicsapage Ministry, Just Encase You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up "Live"

  • listen to the album ...its generation changing ffffffssss

  • I love when Primus used to tease this song.
