"People are no damn good" is the talk of somebody who's been screwed over one too many times by selfish bastards with an agenda who come to you as a friend, but are anything but that. If it happens enough times, one's outlook on others can get quite jaded, and you keep everybody at arm's length to avoid getting taken advantage of.

Gosh, I wish I had your out look on life. Sometimes I feel quite too depressed with all the bad things in life. I have just lost a pet a month ago and while I feel better than I have in the past, there is always that feeling of yearning to be with the pet. Not to mention the recent stress I've been feeling preparing for college and my life after high school. Everything seems to be going so fast and I don't know if I can deal with it, but your video has given me hope for the better. God bless.

God bless your positive outlook, Xavier. It is a gift. I could argue the opposite but I do my best to look for the positive in life despite the blatantly negative things I see regularly. In my defense, say you make contact with 997 people in a day who treat you nice and 3 who rub you the wrong way. Out of those 1000 people, who do you remember most while you are in bed trying to get some sleep? It's the 3 who tainted memory of the day. For me, it is 1 in 3 people who rub me the wrong way. ;)

I have a problem with stereotyping and lumping people together. My life hasn't been the best and I have a dim outlook on humanity. This was something I know needs to stop and I can't do it forever. My girlfriend and I had a talk about this tonight and how it bothers her. Watching your video put things into perspective. We hear about the sadness and dark corners of humanity because that's not what we're supposed to be. I know that I need to be that better person. Thank you for this video.

Nice video. i would seek to add that many people are just misunderstood, the world is a chaotic place, and nothing is perfect. The headline ppl aren't that different, they just aren't well understood. And anyone can become one of those people. Graciousness sure helps though.

Hi mk42880. You're right. I didn't answer the PS part. I am not a member of the clergy. I was in the seminary for 1 year to become a priest but removed myself. But even still, nothing in the intro or closing of my videos includes any off color material :) That's all I really have to answer in that regard.

Very uplifting and sweet story. I can say that we believe that the good still outweighs the bad in most cases. People tend to want to see and hear the bad and get all involved in it instead of making positive steps for something positive. We say its a mindset thing and when you give off positive even to a negative you wind up on the positive end of things. Its not a hard concept to understand, yet folks turn face at it daily.  Hope your start to the week contines.
