to add: words used are limited to ones vocabulary so not really 100% reliable as one might not know the word to descrive their emotion or state of mind and the subject will use the first word that comes to mind. intersting though. ive been dreaming vividly and remember all my dreams since childhood, and im a depressive so maybe theres something in this theory, or just coincidence. ill keep an open mind for now.
rem dreams non rem dreams bla bla bla there not importart its just your mind piss arseing about while your asleep one pointless night in your pointless life then one day you day, who cares stop worrying about what dreams are or any shite just whatever
When i was 6 i was too short to play with monkey bars and it was difficult to cross them all the way. That night i dreamt i was playing with the same monkey bars, this time I held on to the monkey bars going one after another. I achieved this in real life, realising that dreams sure do help you.
So basically that tard from Harvard is saying that if I do something before I go to sleep, I'll be better at it when I wake up just because I dreamed about it? What a load of shit.
@djnoreg It is. He didn't get better because he dreamed about it, he got better because he got PRACTICE the previous night. This is not a controlled experiment (he needs to test against a subject who doesn't dream about skiing), it is therefore bullshit.
@cloudstrife1288 I was actually the subject filmed in this experiment, and it was controlled. After a night of sleep, the subjects that dreamt about the game outperformed the subjects that didn't. Start at 6:28; it's explained there, though admittedly, the sound byte doesn't provide details of the paradigm.
i remember playing resident evil and going to sleep and then i dreamed about escaping a zombie infested city with my friends. i remember i had a shotgun and i remember a bride zombie at a pump station lol. it was such an epic dream. i wrote it down so that i wouldnt forget it.
Maybe is has gotten better at the game because he has played it a couple times already you morons. I am going to continue watching this and I appreciate the upload, but these guys...I don't think they have a clue what they're talking about. People are different, you cannot base a race off a couple hundred human test subjects.

I'll get 4 hrs slp 2nite. I'm going to be dropping F bombs when I wake up. Don't need Harvard to tell me that

Here's my personal opinion: the negative words are because they fucking woke him up. Everyone's pissed when they get woken up XD
