NanoFil Knot for Attaching Tackle

first time tying this knot with 12lb nanofil on a buzzbait. i get a hit on the 3rd cast, set the hook, and the line snaps, immediately.

its not a hard knot to tie. i wet the line before cinching. now i am scared to keep using it....
