Jet, for I never had a teacher, I dont know the correct breathing.
They say these exercises are the most all round, for they stretch/use every muscle in your body.
The are a great way to start the day especially if you precede them with some power exercises (push-ups, knee-bends, etc), to warm up your muscles.

Hi,
Ive been doing these exercises all my live. Not continuously though; there have been years and years that I didnt do them.
Ive read then in a book when I was about sixteen and I´ve never forgot them (which, for me is quite amazing).
No way that I can do them as this guy here, but then again Im not a yogi.
I just use them as a stretching exercises in the morning
Which is sort of a shame, for they should be executed, I presume, in conjunction with correct breathing.
That is something between amazing and scary. Standing up, I can barely cover my kneecaps with my fingers.
