Do squat jumps and it will get your legs stronger and keep your knee up on the leap

ur not getting much on the "leap" fase, work on ur leg strength and work on that middle fase, it just looks like ur taking 2 steps into ur final jump. extend it out. your pretty good tho.

try to extend your step because its tiny judging from that video. i was jumping 11 meters and some body told me to extend my step and i got an extra meter the next jump
