Jason, sherry, et al the issue here is that the description states the clip is going to include an interview with "Lots of interesting thoughts from these two karate fighters" lo and behold, myself, elainesman and others were under the subsequent impression that the clip itself would include lots of interesting thoughts from these two karate legends. Thats where the frustration lies. Why didn't the poster of this clip title it something like 'Terry O'Niel and Frank Bannan interview taster'?
Terry graded me to right through to 1st kyu when I was fifteen, his training at The Samurai dojo was legendary, after I graded for shodan I stopped regular training..... Stupidly! Probably would have been godan by now, I do train occasionally , things have changed but I know I had the BEST possible start in Shotokan , thanks to Terry O'Neill sensei, and for that I will always be grateful .
TEASE!! ha ha! Terry's legendary, recently finished Dennis Martin's Working With Warriors book, remembering many of their shennanigans together working the doors - i recommend to all.
Tsk his ordasity to come out with someting like what he said...Makes me cringe.
.elainesman.And why should he damn well give you the whole interview only to tred on Lengend productions toes...I tell you why, Because he has more moral fibre and Ettiquettes .While Legends Tv support the interests of the K.U.G.B. ...Hell why not teach for free aswell...Anything else he would like.Pmsl.
Frank trained me a few times back in 90-91, and honestly he scared the hell out of me haha. Sensei Enoeda's training he put me through at the age of 10 was frightening, knuckle pushups, sitting with legs bent and arms out for ages and you dared not move. I used to come home exhausted and sore, now, years later i can see just what that training did for me. Gave me a lot of discipline.
