Be careful if you use this technique. I have been a colorist for over 25 yrs. The commercial is misleading. A level 5.6 or 7 will have to much red to gold tones for your true clients who love to be blonde. Stick with foiling finer partings and low lighting if roots grow in too fast. It costs money to be a natural looking blonde . My advice do not short cut to make money. Do it right Charge the client for your expertise.Thanks to Vidal Sassoon my teaher :)

you can get the exact same with level 9 or 10 colour & 20 vol peroxide in damp hair for 10 mins :)
