It's not cement it's Abs cement, like liquid plastic that hardens into plastic. Not heavy at all.

It's diy, blueprints don't really work.

I'm guessing it wouldn't be too awfully hard to make it with 4 controller slots, since when playing some games, such as my favorite to play with friends (WWF No Mercy) it's great to have 4 controllers.

I have led modded a lot of Psone screens but I do not like the way they look compared to the factory backlight. Led mods are always darker and less contrast. I stick with the original :)

The cat slot re-location will take a few hours. If you do the expansion pack re-location it will take several hours, but no many can do it because it has to be done under a magnifying glass. The controller and system and screen wiring will take a few hours.

The casework is what takes the longest. Around 20-30 hours minimum for a good case mod.
