No, of course, you're not too old. Starting young is a good idea, but many of those you see in this clip didn't even start until they were adults! Your gymnastics background will help you because you've probably already developed the necessary strength, coordination and balance that take years to develop.

You're seeing a lot of cha cha in this clip, but there's also Samba and I think I saw a little Rumba. This is not the music they were dancing to, so it can be a bit deceiving.

It doesnt just take 2 great dancer to dance this good, They have to be great together. . .dancing in couples is one of the hardest things to do, but they have great pairing and they all danced beautifully together, thank you! I enjoyed watching
