You should have been there when I saw him perform this one night at Universal Amphitheatre...when he said THAT line of the song he squatted down low to the stage, looked right into the audience & actually patted himself YOU KNOW WHERE and there was an utterly DEAFENING roar of approval from the audience of female there that made my ears ring for a whole week, lol! Now THAT was night to remember!!!

I gotta admit, the editing was a tad distracting, lol.
However, seeing them perform this is priceless. Elevator Man has always been one of my faves for probably obvious reasons.

Gotta love Cruikshank! I grew up watching the shorts she animated on Sesame Street, she's got this wonderful trippy, quirky, retro-inspired sensibility that no one else alive has.
Better news: she's on YouTube! She's got a channel here, and goes by the name "LaughingSal". Judging by how she responds to comments, she's a really nice gal.

I know, I brought her dvd a few months ago, its really inspiring the way her animation works- so fluid.

And to add, her color use is just wonderful; so vibrant and interesting. I'd say that the colorfulness(is that a word?) of her cartoons is right up there with those of Tartakovsky and McCracken.
