actualy no. The pedal just add voice with your instrument. it take your voice and pitch it to every note you play with your guitar or piano. I think you need the auto-tune effect to correct your voice. But it only correct the note. If you do a bad sound with your voice in your microphone, then the result will be bad. You need to know how to sing and play your instrument right. The interest of this pedal is to move the harmony on your instrument.

I have one of these pedals and it doesn't work that well. The harmony doesn't always keep in tune with the chord as your changing chords. Sometimes a mid tone fluctuates before it makes up its mind how to harmonize, and sometimes it gives a major instead of a minor chord that you are playing. I was dissapointed with mine. The vocoder setting is good though.
