Well, I dunno if it was a UFO, but being into Amature astronomy, I did some research and found Venus didn't rise on the morning of Feb 22 2006 from her general location until about 4.45-5am. So unless she got the time wrong, it wasn't Venus, but thats not saying I think it was a UFO.
