A high school classmate of mine was the son of Flack Logan, the last C.O. of Lady Lex.

VT-6 in 1966. I carqualed on the Lady Lex in a T-28, After we trapped they deck launched up for more. What a ride!

The good Ol' Lady Lex. I remember my T-2C and TA-4J traps back in 82 on that rust tub like it was yesterday. Absolutely scared shitless the first couple of times.

Wow, I spent the night on that ship twice while i was in ROTC now that shes a museum. Im here to tell you that the Lex is haunted! And i didn't believe!

The Lex is short for the USS Lexington(a united states aircraft carrier). She comes out in this vid and is now a museum in Corpus Christi.
