Joey Allen is pretty underrated, he's obviously not George Lynch, but Warrant gets a bad rep for cherry pie. Besides Dokken was WAY more commercial when it came to hits and if you listen to Warrants album Dog Eat Dog there's some pretty cool stuff on there, especially April 2031.

You can't judge these bands by the singles. These are just the songs they put out there to appeal to everyone and build their fanbase. Once you buy the album you hear the differences in each bands style. That's why bands like Badlands, etc didn't make it, because the videos they put out sounded like every other song on MTV, but when you listen to the album and hear Jake E lee's raw bluesy tone and Gillen's voice you get what they're about.

George Lynch is one of the greatest guitarists!!! Man he just owns that guitar man great Riffs and solos!! He can write and thats what makes him a standout. Sure their are Shredders out there but Lynch can really put the whole package together!!!
