But it was an OK game and experience.

And the animal, plants and the environment was stunning.

Well you can only aim with your mouse as a soldier on a pc ...

you do use the mouse to aim.

and I would recommend setting the sensitivity on about 4-5 times of the standard, so it's easier to handle.

By the way this is a great game thank you Ubisoft, you did a great job. I dont know what the reviewers are on about. Trust me this is not ur usual movie game a lot of time went in to this and it shows. It IS a very GOOD game. (great multiplayer aswell)

i am not really sure......because i have not played the game yet.... but i think there is going to be some degree of free roam. e.g you are allowed to explore but not leave the planet/go into areas you have noy unlocked yet...

no its free roam. In the game (well as RDA im sure the navi have there own equivilent) you get a helicopter pilot who will fly you to any of the locations on the planet at any time. You can go back to old areas and do the side quests (there called 'sector challenges').

I want them to do that! YES! That'd be stunning to do. Most people may not be able to run the game though, due to graphics, gameplay, and sometimes lag. I don't think anybody can afford such top-of-the-line gear for their computers in this economy. I know I can't! But still... it doesn't hurt to dream.

How cool would it be if Ubisoft made a game that let's you live a Na'vi life, instead of just blowing stuff up. A combination of Morrowind and Avatar would be heaven for an RPG'er like me! XD

It is impossible to shoot anything near your feet, sucks! Viper wolves are annoying as hell that they make the game unfun - you can't enjoy the great scenes because you are constantly being attacked by assholes

The game is pretty fun, visuals are great, gameplay is alright, the vehicles are absolutely terrible, storytelling might as well not even be a part of the game, voice acting is mediocre, but all in all it's a fun game. Though it is not an "experience" as they said in the video. You would be much better off renting the game, definitely not worth a buy, unless you are a huge fan of avatar =/

Honestly? I'll likely get the game just to be able to - as they said - 'delve deeper' into the whole concept of things. Because really, I want to see just how in-depth they balanced the ecology of this 'universe from scratch' that they put together.

I could care less about the blowing things up; give me a magnifying glass, a pad of paper, and a bush camp and I'll be happy as a clam.

If I wanted to watch a movie I would watch it it because it interested me and because I respected the people working on it, therefore if i wanted to watch a movie I would pay my admission fee in order to see it and give the folks behind it their hard-earned money.

Ubisoft is great at making movie based games, so I have no doubt they can make this a great game. So far, it looks okay, but a little like a Gears clone. I hope they can fix that. Online multiplayer is a great plus, and they're actually working with the director of the movie to make everything fit. They've done a lot of this stuff with Peter Jackson and his King Kong game, and I really enjoyed that, so hopefully this will be just as fun.

you know i've been a hardcore player since 1993 or 1994 when the super nintendo came out and threw the history of gaming i've come to realize the following.

Good games doesn't always just depend wether it's fun or not, but if it's enjoyable. Nowadays i find this enjoyable experience lacking because of how people interact on the online experience. Sure is fun for a while to rush the game and even hear people insulting to each other, but it doesn't quite manage to get into a more deap experience
