  • They still kicked it! WOW!!!!

  • anybody know the name of the album dude had in his hands at the start of his video? god bless and UP THE IRONS FROM LOUISIANA

  • Vanilla Fudge is still 10000000 times better than more half the bullshit out there right now! Fucking amazing after all these years! These groovy cats fucking put to shame all these so called wannabe artists whom can play a single instrument nor sing shit!

  • Nice to see a band like this make a national TV show. Hopefully some of today's kids will see this and understand that us old geezers know how to ROCK, and without a bunch of electronic crap. A legend behind the drum kit instead of an electronic, synthesized, faggot drum sound.

    VF kicks ass!!!

  • that wig the keyboardist is wearing looks real even live! i saw this same line up at a small bar in a small nor cal town. i can usually spot a rug a mile away, but until i saw the 68 ed sullivan show with them on, i never would have suspected its a wig.

  • The crowd seems to love this. Carmine is great. I need to rock!

  • whoa they sound good

  • Square business!!

  • JIMMY FALLON HAS TASTE TO HAVE THESE GUYS ON THERE

  • .how in the hell did i miss this on tv.they still sound great.

  • JIMMY FALLON IS A PUNK

  • @animascat yup

  • @animascat Spoken like a true dickweed.

  • Wooohoooooo YEAH! VF always ROCKED! I LOVE IT!

  • Appice's still got it.

  • I've always liked these guys, but when you hear Mark Stein and Carmine interview, they sound like egomaniacs.

  • @Garmanmyk Guess what when you're that freakin old and better than 50% of the groups today, hell ya have an ego you earned it.

  • I hope that some kids take a look at this and check out the Vanilla Fudge first album...probably the best rock music ever recorded. There are covers on that album that make the originals sound rinky dink. Keep playing VF. We love you.

  • @writerjmd LOVE THE SETIMENT. DUG THIS MUSIC IN THE SIXTIES. STILL DIG IT NOW.

  • @writerjmd Absolutely

  • @writerjmd i think their third lp, renaissance, is the best.....the one i always swore by.

  • Tim Bogart, the bassist, had a motorcycle accident back in 2005. He's got good days and days when playing is out of reach. As a band, there as cool as 4 guys can be after knowing each other for damn near 50 years.

Long Island kicked out some serious jams....HOIST

  • Vinnie Martell ROCKS! Mark Stein ROCKS! Carmine Appice ROCKS! They are as good as they were 43 years ago! Now THAT's what I call kicking it! This band could sell arenas in the late 60's....THIS...is rock music!

  • carmine and Vinny lived on the same block as I did in Brooklyn . Still rockin . Still great after all these years!!!

  • what has happened to tim??? did he have a falling out with the band???

  • Vulgar Display of Hair Dye.

  • The guy between the girl and the guy, to our right of Appice's head...is the only guy who I can see that is really really really getting into it. The others are clapping like old people do at a Michael Bolton show. Fudge sound great!

  • May not be complete band but they still sound great....gotta love the Hammond B# organ

  • There never was a "Bogart", except maybe in Casablanca. Tim's last name is Bogert.

  • I saw the original Vanilla Fudge during their debut tour at the Alexandria Roller Rink.

This brought back memories of good times and happy trails :-)

I think the opening act was Ultimate Spinach

  • good to see the fudge back on national tv...great job Vin...

  • i want the bass gig in this band!!!! Carmine!!! I met you at JFK airport once..Id love to rock this gig!!!

  • that guy in the very left in the crowd is super lame

  • who wa on bass then???

  • @fantasybballnut His name is Pete Bremy. He has been filling in for Tim for awhile now.

  • yea, I miss Bogart, but holy moly, can Mark Stein still sing!!! and Carmine A....what can you say......he is still super hot!

  • The fact that Mark is playing a Hammond B3 still and not some 468 in 1 keyboard like every other act is awesome!

  • @karmices They are the best as long as you have someone carrying them. I have carried plenty in bands I have played. C3 is worse as it is a full cabinet and no place to grab when dolly is not possible.

  • oh jeeez no bogart????????

  • Outstanding, Carmine on drums, no Bogart on bass though...still nice performance.

  • i tell ya though dude, there's an ipod nano that has a video camera that is really nice, and a flip camera works good when you film it off the tv....

  • cool dude the full song! these guys are awesome.
