I've got 5 blue lobster and till now they aren't cannibal. First time I see this. maybe you have too much of those lobster in your aquarium ? I don't know.

How'd you get so many Blues? I heard its not common. My regular one moulted and turned blue......

i have blue cray fish in a 800 liter SA chiclid set up there fine just they need to be fed well but youngster do canibalise one another fact. and they do not attack most fish just the weak an dying so all in all they clean up the tank and look rnice. nice vid

i saw on a programme once that when lobsters moult they eat thier shell. could it be this?

yes they do eat some part of it. and after a lobster just moulted his body is softer, more easily get attacked by lobsters. yes. u can put fish in there, they are fine with fishes, they stay at the bottom

@flygirl110 yes they do stay at the bottom but if the lobster's hungry then he will go chase for some food meaning: He will wait until a fish is down enough to eat it

well i had 2 spotted plecos and a rubbernose pleco. And my lobster ate one of my spotted pleco. the lobester will eat anything that eats off the bottom, ut maybe it wont if ur plecos are bigger then the lobster. and they were all in a 50 gal tank

your oscar depending on the size will eat the crayfish. I have a large tiger oscar and he eats any crayfish i put into the tank with him no matter the size.

They are Blue Crayfish that are from northern Austrilian Lake regions. FYI, got one myself btw.

They are very rare and the fact that you have more then one and watch them kill each other is pretty sad. I put mine back in the Atlantic Sea.

Mine was missing its whole right claw when I got it.

It grew it back after molting.

So yours should start getting them back after molting. :)
