  • Wow!!! That´s amazing... I´m starting to workout and that´s a perfect way to show us that we can do it!! Thanks!!!!! :D

  • Great Job Men!

  • this is cool. really linspiring~ thanks! =)

  • Good job!!!

  • @PauloBalesteros

    Yeah!

    MusclesMaximizer.info

is the one of the best gain muscle program in

the entire internet products. I also like the way

Kyle Leon customized the program which made

me use extensive data regarding my unique

body shape and this is definitely the most

customized nutrition and exercise program ive

    tried so far.

  • great job bud, keep it up!

  • What kind of exercises did you do for your lower body?

  • Congradulations!

  • @isaiahantontio hey men, nice transformation, what else did you do to have those abs except doin some sit ups? sorry for my english.

  • @jhiell1 you have to eat right. do cardio. have a strong core. do squats. and do abdominal planks. but mostly, you gotta get rid of the fat in the area. no matter how much you do ab workouts, you wont have abs if you have belly fat. coz everyone has abs anyway.

  • @isaiahantonio thanks man, now is my 1st day of taking pictures too, but ive been in a gym like 2 weeks from now, ill upload on my 100 days .

  • weird.. i look like you after these 100 days and did no workout.. lol

  • incredible man, can't wait to see the results at day 300!

  • omgggg you just went from not to hottt

  • RESPECT!!! don't ever think about quitting

  • :O what size in pants were you when you started?

  • @RAINBOWJUAN69 32. :)) i could fit in 29 at the end haha!

  • @isaiahantonio ohh cool!!!! so this gives me hope im the same size thanks for the inspiration!!! :D

  • Nice job man! Haha I've been following your diet plan. ^_^

  • amazing work out there bro. let me know if u took any protein powder or something?

  • I love your hat collection.

    You look amazing. <3

  • you went to the gym? what program were you in?

  • @kentbishops i didnt really have a specific program at that time... just went to the gym and did what i felt like doing. but of course i chose the proper workouts with corresponding rest days for muscle growth.. and chose everything i ate.

  • Comment removed

  • you took vacation from april 4th to april 11th

  • @YaNv3 not really. just forgot to take pictures :))

  • The progress is starting to show at around day 15!

  • wew ..i'm really amaze with this changes. inspires me to makes changes on my lifestyle too^^,, thanks dude!..ahaha..

btw in this video it sounds like your changing into super man..XD

  • Spider man did it in one night.

  • hey what did you eat during this time?

  • @TheGingerLow i ate a high protein diet. lotsa fish and chicken. and if i ate rice, i made sure it was brown rice, if i ate bread, i made sure it was WHOLE wheat bread. eat around 5 to 6 times a day. meaning, splitting your 3 meals in two. never stuff yourself, and NEVER get hungry. getting hungry slows down your metabolism, and encourages your body to store fat. and, don't punish yourself. give yourself one day in a week where in you can eat what you want, its good for you. :) goodluck!

  • dude that was awesome, fair play to ya!

  • its loaing up so slow ¬_¬

  • heyy how old are you ?

  • dude, that's what you did? What did you eat? please pass me your routine:)

  • dude..no homo but that was awesome..btw.whats ur starting weight and how tall are you?did you deliberately eat excess calories to gain mass,(bulk up)? whats ur sample work out..thanks, ive bn workin out for a year and i feel like im just spinning my wheels ..shoot..i read starting strength, did lean gains and crossfit..no luck

  • @buklingful thanks man. :) anyway, my starting weight was 167, in the video, i lost around 17lbs. so i was 150 at the end of the vid. but i wouldve gotten lighter if i didnt also pack up some muscle. anyway, to bulk up, you really gotta eat more dude. eat a big breakfast, and NEVER get hungry. getting hungry will eat away your muscles especially if your metabolism is fast in the first place. you gotta eat around 5-6 times a day.

    i lifted weights 3 times a week, and ran 3km twice a week :)

  • @isaiahantonio aight thanks a lot!nice idea, you should also post tips re:diet and nutrition..

  • yeah, ill post videos regarding that... soon. though i have been making workout videos for all of you :D

  • Well done! Do you drink whey? If yea when do you have it. Also what brand? Isolated or concentrated. Thanks!

  • @panzerkilla i do drink whey. i drink it before i workout, after i workout, and before i sleep. i drink an isolate. i usually drink cytosport muscle milk, OR gaspari nutrition myo fusion. those are good :)

  • sorry for my english , but you have a bicycle eliptic ?? if you have that .. what time you working in your bicycle... only have cardio ?? or too do exercises of resistence

  • @kiad189 no, i dont use a bicycle for working out. i run twice a week in between 3 days of weight training :)

  • thats cool

  • Nice bro, good to see you have quite some knowledge in exercise science too. (^^ Above, about eating well, rest days and keeping your lower body worked out too). So many people abuse exercise or don't listen when people tell them that technique and knowledge is more important than "smashing out heavy weights".

    Keep us posted! ;)

  • @Jharaiz yeah dude, ive been doing a lot of study on this thing.. im actually a licensed trainer now. just got it recently :)) and yeah, i do workout my lower body. just not seen in the pics coz i didnt wanna take full body shots coz its weird =))

  • So, you worked out every day? What was your diet?

  • @MaximVi sorry for the late reply. i basically didnt eat junk. if i ate bread or rice, i made sure it was whole wheat bread or and brown rice. i ate 5 to 6 times a day, never stuffing myself, and also never getting hungry. :)

  • Good job Spiderman!

  • Yo man nice job! what did your average workout consist of?

  • @wheelybasketball i worked out 3 times a week. with a rest day in between. and thats when i did my cardio for around 20 mins during those days. worked out my abs only twice a week. worked out my legs to make sure my upper body was equal to my lower (thats important, believe me). anyway, its too complicated to explain here further :))

  • nice transformation bro, hey man can u help me? im have like 8 months of training and i see results, but not to many like u, can u tell me ur diet , cause i eat everything in the kitchen, candys ice cream, fruits, tuna, meat everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @DarkSoldier1992 8 months of training huh... you're supposed to see results after around 3 months. thats IF you're doing the right thing. message me what your workout is. and what results you want. ill make you a program that may work for you :)
