Let's see. No gloves, no lab coat, probably no safety specs, touching the weighing paper with bare hands, putting chemical back into container. Wouldn't call this proper.
The balance used for weighing here is sensitive balance .you should first of all do a rough weight on top loading balance and then transer it to the sensitive balance .I would try to avoid using spetula inside the sensitive balance
hey i was taught to never put any chemical back into the original bottle cuz it may contaminate it, and also to not touch the weighing paper with your fingers but....
